My last few experiences with the Service Department have been disappointing. I showed up to my scheduled appointment for a check engine light issue this morning, which was booked 4 days ago, only to be told I would need to leave my vehicle for 4-8 days before they could even look at my vehicle. I'm uncertain why they would schedule an appointment 4 days out when AutoNation couldn't even look at my car for a week after that. With AutoNation Ford no longer having loaner cars, this was a non-starter for me and I walked out of my appointment. The communication I had when booking was I would be leaving my vehicle for the day.

Getting my car serviced at Auto Nation Ford Littleton was one of the worst experiences I ever had. They told me the work would be done that day and they would call me when it was done. When the didn't call me I called them back and they said they would talk to the technician and he would call me back. I received no call so I had my neighbor drive me out to the place and the service department was closed down. They said it would be ready the next day. I again had a ride there took the car home and noticed oil leaking from the front of the car when I lifted up the hood I saw they hadn't replaced the oil cap and it had leaked all over the engine. It was too late to take it back so I went the next morning and they did clean the engine and replace the oil. I would NEVER, NEVER, NEVER take my car back to that poor excuse of a dealership. The service was abominable. If you buy a vehicle from any Auto Nation dealership, don't make the mistake of buying the service contract because it is a big farce. When you try to have work done under the so called contract they find ways to add charges to the work you had done.

My Recent visit to Autonation Ford was a complete disaster. When dropping off the car no one had a clue that we had an appointment. This was the 2nd time we brought the car in for a factory defect on our window rubber seals. They said ok just drop it off we will figure it out. The guy you talked to won’t be in for another two hours. I noticed the car didn’t move via the Ford App. Until later that afternoon. It was 7 miles to the collision repair shop. I was not called until Saturday afternoon with an update. They said the parts they have are defective and we won’t have new ones until the end of the month. Ok then I need my car back. So, still not fixed and when looking at the Ford App. The 7 mile trip from the collision repair shop turned into a 28 mile trip with a stop in between! Plus the fact that the driving efficiency was 67% which means they drove the hell out of it. I have never seen anything less than 75% efficiency driving it on a daily basis. We got the car back on Monday and it was filthy. Must have sat outside the whole time on a dirt road somewhere! Thanks Autonation for NOT treating other peoples property with respect!

2 stars goes to Sales team. They were very professional and took care of the sale. Finance team made multiple mistakes in the paperwork and never owned the problem. Service department is worst. I dropped off my vehicle and called them on 6th business day to find out that they didn't touch my vehichle and it was just sitting on their lot all these days then the service dpartment called me back in 30 min to let me know that they can't reproduce the issue. I brought my vehicle back from service to avoid hassle to go thru their service.

This was the absolute worst experience I have ever had with getting any car repaired. My Mustang Mach E went in for two recalls. One for software and one for a windshield. First they wanted the car 5 days for this which seems like a long time but I was told it was “normal” in case they broke the windshield. So on the last day they tried to update the software and it destroyed the car. It wouldn’t start or drive or anything. My rep that was assigned to me was the absolute WORST and communication on what actually was going on. He would wait up until the final 15 mins of his shift to send a text saying something vague like “car no ok no time on fix” then never respond. Good luck getting ANYBODY on the phone they all refuse to answer so your stuck with either showing up or dealing with vague no information texts. They had my car for a month and I had to BEG for any type of rental. The last 5 days they had my car it was waiting on a “test drive” that calibrated sensors. I was told by the manager it wasn’t worked on due to not being able to drive up to speed for a time. When trying to figure out a time to get the car worked on I was told they have 60 cars that have been there for 60 days or longer so my car will wait. All in all my experience was very bad and I will NEVER go back. Poor commutation, impossible to get ahold of anybody without calling 100 times, not very timely (60 cars over 60 days) not something to brag about. And to top it off when I picked up my car I was told they would call and give me all the paperwork to see what was done and big surprise … I never received it so I don’t even know what was fully done still. Stay away even pay extra to have it towed somewhere else

I bought a 2021 F-150 Powerboost in July 2021. The purchasing experiance was easy and I recommned Michael Nixon if you are looking. My truck had to get towed (Wednesday, April 20, 2022) becuase of engine failure at about 10,000 miles. I thought I would get the best service here since I bought the truck here and its still pretty new, nope. They said it could be up to 2 weeks before they even look at it. I called another dealership and they said they could look at it in 2-3 days. I called Autonation back and said I was having it towed to another dearlership. Once I arrived to meet the tow truck driver, my truck was all of a sudden being worked on. Great! The following Wednesday my truck was ready to be picked up, so it wasn't that long without a vehicle, which Ford does not offer loaner vehicles (or at least AutoNation). As soon as I got on the freeway to head home, my truck started having engine failure again. I called the service tech, Shawn, immediatley. No answer, no return phone call. I am writing this on Friday and have since left Shawn 3 messages and another tech a message with no return phone calls. The only person that has responded to me is the sales person, Michael. He said he cannot help much, but will try. I had to have the truck towed to another dealership and the service is night and day. They even gave me a ride to my office. They said they woiuld get back to me on Monday or Tuesday which is better than AutoNation saying 5 days to 14 days.

My Mustang Mach-E required service for three recalls and the first dealership we went to (Schomp Ford) accepted an appointment but couldn't do the work. They said they would figure it out and let us know when they had their ducks lined up, but months passed and they never got their act together. Other dealerships we spoke with in the Denver metro area and Summit County simply declined the work, so I eventually contacted Ford. Ford offered AutoNation as an option for getting the work done. Not only did I have doubts, but I needed a loaner AND the loaner needed to have AWD/4WD because it was winter and we live on a steep road at 9800 feet. AutoNation, and Piper in particular, accommodated our needs and delivered as promised. She made sure we worked out an appointment when she could produce an AWD loaner and had a Ford Edge ready to go (not my mustang, but fine) and did the work on schedule. I'm a fan.

I bought a used 2017 Ford Focus from AutoNation in October. Purchased the extended warranty, and in April it had radiator issues. Had to take it all the way to Littleton because they said that was the only place that could do warranty work. Limped it down there on a Monday night. My service advisor said that they probably wouldn’t even be able to look at it until the end of the week. Thursday he texts me and says that they might be able to look at it the next week. At that point I asked for a rental car (which is supposed to be covered in my platinum warranty) and he said they don’t have any rental cars. Well geee, what did I pay for? They were in no rush to work on it because it was warranty work. Then he texts me on the following Tuesday and says they replaced the radiator, but it also needs a radiator hose which is not covered by the warranty. That is going to be $175. The car was finally ready for pickup on Wednesday. They had the car eight days. For a 2017 to need a new radiator- obviously something was missed in there inspection before the car was sold. Learned the hard way not to buy or get service from AutoNation

Bought a 2017 Ford Focus from AutoNation and purchased the extended warranty in October. In April it was overheating. Called and this dealership was the only one we could take it to to do warranty work on it. Dropped it off Monday night. I was texted the next day and my service advisor said that they probably wouldn’t be able to get it in for diagnostic until the end of the week and maybe not even that soon. I asked for a rental car, (warranty covers a rental) he said they don’t have any. Didn’t hear anything back until the following Monday. Then he texted me and said they replaced the radiator, but it needed a new hose which is not covered by the warranty- $150 dollars. Finally I got the car back end of day Wednesday. They were in no hurry to do warranty work and made sure they got to charge me for something. $274 and nine days later we had our car back. I know now who not to buy or service a used car from- AutoNation

Service is terrible. I left work to be able to bring my 2018 ford focus ST in for a recall. Just to find out that my car would have to be tested and then get parts ordered and then to get the recall itself done would be 2-3 days doesn’t offer loaners and no rental either. I had this same recall done on a 2014 Ford Focus ST and had it back the same day from a different dealership. I didn’t continue with my appointment here and called Schomp ford who already has the parts needed for my recall in stock and will have my recall on my car done within the same day. This is not the first time Autonation Ford Littleton had disappointed me with their service department and I will not be returning.

Had my truck for a week while i paid for a rental. They parked it and never touched again. Never tried to diagnose. I brought it in for two recalls an oil change/tire rotation and to fix my sun roof which no longer opens. After 4 days i received a text that they dont have a diagnoses. The same text the next 3 days. Meanwhile im paying for a rental car. I ask for a loaner. I was told they discontinued the loaner program because of a lack of inventory. I asked when will they look at it, i was told they didnt know. I then said i want to pick it up. They said okay. When i got there they gave me my car. No coupon for a discount for future work, no explaination, not even an apology!!! I bought my truck from littleton autonation and i paid to reserve an electric vehicle from there. I will NEVER! Do business with them again. Horrible customer service.

They couldn't give me an accurate quote until later in the week, but said they'd ballpark it at around $1,000 even though I already had the OEM parts and that it was just for install. Follow up to my glowing review below….. Although I won’t change to experience of the purchasing this car as it was great as I stated below. BUT….once your get off the lot with brand new car, well….we had the vehicle for two weeks and the radio went bad. Brand new 2022 Bronco. We thought we could get it looked at and hopefully fixed quickly. Nope! They wanted us to leave it for 3-5 days juts to diagnose. Then order parts, repair etc. It’s our only vehicle and the couldn’t give us a loaner. I thought we were making headway as a manager called me and said he would figure it out. Over a week later never heard back. Very disappointed in the fact that we bought a brand new bronco and the stereo broke. But the fact that we can’t get repaired or even diagnosed promptly is really disappointed. We will look elsewhere to fix. Wonderful experience. Ordered the bronco back in Oct. Christina Maulin was our sales representative. From day one she was great. She kept me updated throughout the entire process with out having to be prompted. Once it arrived she called me and we began the process. It was simple and easy. Great experience and of course we love our new 2022 Bronco. We went back to order some accessories and bam there was Christina ready to continue to assist us some more. Thanks Christina and AutoNation Ford of Littleton!!!!

Terrible communication the only time I got any answers is when I call ford corporate then my transmission was magically in the same day and would be done by Friday. My car was there for 3 months. Our service adviser Samantha said the warranty company wanted to put in a re built transmission but she was fight for a new one, great! Then she told us it was a new one going in but when we picked up our car it is a re built? We have boughten over 6 cars there between our family but we are never going back. I will also be calling ford corporate on Monday to try and get this straightened out.

My family's past three experiences with Autonation Ford in Littleton have all been very negative. Case one: Made an appointment for a specific repair item. Had to wait weeks for an appointment and when we showed up they didn't have the parts. Had to start over. Case two: I ordered a part from Ford directly and, when it didn't solve my problem, I returned in person at Autonation Ford, as directed by the Ford shipping documents. Autonation declined to accept the part because the refund amount, about $130 hadn't been approved or funded by Ford. Ultimately, they took the part back and said they would send me a check when approved. It took weeks, multiple phone calls, and ultimately I had to go in to demand my refund. Case three: Took my Explorer in for an oil change and a recall notice. Had a two week wait for appointment. When we checked in, the service writer noted these items and also suggested we get our 30,000 mile service and quoted me $1,701. When I picked up the vehicle, invoice said $1,836 and had no info about price increase or the recall work. When I inquired about the price difference and the status of the recall work, the person had no information - " I only know what is on the invoice." When I asked if he had the original service writer's notes on work to be performed, he said "No, I only have the invoice." When I asked if the original service writer was available: "Nope, she is home and done for the day." When I asked if the mechanic was available: "Nope, he is home and done for the day." I asked them to credit me for $106 for new wiper blades since I had not been asked for it and had not approved the work. They credited me and I paid the bill. Then the original service writer returned to the desk - apparently she was not "home and done for the day." Summary of my experiences at Autonation Ford: not responsive, not competent and not honest.

In 2019, before the covid car craziness, I was getting quotes to repair a ‘12 Ford Escape transmission at 80k miles. One of the salesman, John, tried to convince me “due to the age of the transmission” they would need to replace it for north of $7k. Are you kidding me John? ‘Insidious’ would be good word to describe the service I received from AutoNation Ford and that salesman. Wouldn’t trust this outfit as far as you could throw them.

I went to Autonation Ford Littleton on Feb 25th to purchase a brand new 2021 Ford EcoSport which had less than 200 miles. I drove it for a week when my Engine light came on and started feeling rough. I immediately contacted the Salesman who sold me the car Jake Weakley and brought the car in the next day Mar 1 ST. They could not get me a rental car or a loner. So I was shuttled home with no car. Little did I know what a nightmare this would be!! During the diagnoses process which took several weeks and a couple of misdiagnoses, they finally figured out the problem: My $30,000 car needed new Engine Head Gaskets! Unbelievable!! And then I was told that it would take another 2 weeks to fix the problem! I was livid! I did contact the customer service ford complaint dept. which started a case file and contacted Autonation to keep on track with this! I felt the sales dept to include Jeff Weakley to the service dept couldn't care less that I was without transportation for 5 weeks! In addition, Every time I tried to contact the service dept to get an update, no one was answering the phones. And when I did leave messages, I was ignored! The day finally came when I got my car back 5 weeks later. I've been buying cars, new and used and never been treated like this!! I will never go back there again to include the servicing of my car! This is also the first time I have ever gave a negative review!! VERY SAD!!!

I bought a brand new 2021 Ford EcoSport with less than 200 miles on Feb 25 2022 from Autonation Ford Littleton. My salesman was Jake Weakley! I drove it for 1 week before I had to bring it back in. The engine light was on and felt rough. They couldn't give me a loner or rental car! I had to go home without any transportation! It took the service dept 3 weeks to diagnosed the problem after 2 misdiagnosis and my $30,000 brand new car needed new engine head gaskets! UNBELIEVABLE. Then I was told it will take another 2 weeks to repair it. 5 weeks without a car and they never even tried to get me any transportation. I felt the salesman Jake and the sales dept to the service dept cares NOTHING for the costumer! I got the main Ford Costumer Service Complaint Dept involved! I will never go back to Autonation Ford Littleton again to include servicing my car for any reason! I have never filed a complaint before! VERY SAD SITUATION AND VERY DISAPPOINTED!!! Made an appointment for my newly purchased 2013 Ford Escape because my engine coolant is leaking. Scheduled it 3 weeks out as that was the soonest time they could get me in. When I arrived they told me the guy that fixes that isn’t there and told me to bring my car in two and a half weeks later. Later I called to make sure the guy would actually be there when I dropped it off and if I could get a rental car to help with the inconvenience. I was told they would call me back and the never did. I called again today and am still waiting for a call back. Meanwhile I’m putting miles on my car and getting close to my warranties end. Maybe this review will get some attention?

I went in a few weeks ago and bought a new back cover to my passenger side mirror. I tried putting in on myself many times and failed, so I took it back in and spoke with Samantha. After struggling with it herself for a little bit, she finally grabbed a tech and had the tech take care of it for us. It was as simple as adding a couple screws, however, Samantha went out of her way to get me in and out within 20 minutes and she was very enjoyable to speak with as well.

I recently purchased a dodge truck at this location . I got it on 4/2 and was promised a new windshield, tires and detailed. It would be ready Tue or Wed they will call and keep me updated. Monday I checked in and everything was on pace ( was excited ) I did t call Tuesday thought I would probably be Wednesday. I call Wednesday… waiting on tires, call Thursday waiting on mechanic ( who comes in at 5pm ) Friday same thing( mention a part replacement but couldn’t tell me what it was ) . Saturday (4/9 )friend of mine helping me with this is fed up and goes there ( because he lived near by ) he is told it’s all done( minus didn’t replace windshield, no detail now ) just needs detailed ( it’s 10:30am ) at 3:30 I am told guy who does seats isn’t work that day ( call me at 3 to tell me this . Side note my car I was driving I sold when I got my truck so I was borrowing cars this whole time . I was so fed up I said just give me the car So they deliver it to me ( which was nice ) , they did t wash it , there was a trashed McDonald’s bag underneath the seat , dog hair all over . Windshield not replaced .I was so let down because it looked like they did t give a sh*t about me and didn’t even put forth effort to vacuum it .( I mean come on some old McDonald stuff there …. I have pic of it too. ) Now they said they will replace windshield, but the glass company will schedule with me 🙄and they said the would detail it ….again nice things but based on the whole experience why would I believe anything they say .ohh and before they dropped it of I said over the phone you bring my paperwork please “ yes “ gets here no paper work .. says we emailed ( based on everything I didn’t believe that ) check my email right then .. nothing . “ Oh I meant mail.” Why did t you say this over the phone when I asked ? All and all worst experience ever ( I felt like I was worth their time and mislead when and why it was taking so long )I also used the company before other location…. They got me my detailed car the next day after I bought it . Based on my experience with this location I wouldn’t recommend them . I am waiting to see if the keep there word on what they said they would do . BTW I called all week every time they never reached out to me . I would say they did some stuff for me I am happy , but the simplest things that needed to happen did t . I mean come on … I can get a ticket for a cracked windshield, and nobody could have grabbed a vacuum.

I’ve had the worst experience here and don’t plan on ever returning. I purchased a bronco sport in May 2021, with a service package, and at this point have had it serviced a few times mentioning my brakes make an extremely loud noise when I’m braking in reverse and each time they’ve said there’s nothing they can do about it. I always leave reviews after my service appointments and someone called me saying they’ve ordered me new brakes, and that they’ll call me when they arrive but I have to update my reviews to five star reviews. I never got a call back after months. After emailing everyone who has ever emailed from this dealership, my salesperson got ahold of the Service Manager, who called me and said he would have the Person who contacted me the first time mentioning he’d replace my brakes give me a call back. No one called. I had to call again. The service manager then told me that he would look into it. He called me back to tell me no one ordered any brakes for me, and that I should just wait for my recall and that the recall was for brakes that making loud noises. Now that the recall has been sent out to vehicle owners it definitely doesn’t mention that... It’s almost been a year I’ve been trying to get help and still no resolution, it makes me nervous to trust anyone in this service department at this point. Looking into my other options.

Bought a Mercedes-Benz GLC 300 from the Littleton location. A week after I had it the brakes started to squeal incredibly loudly. I called Autonation Littleton 6 times (service, sales, and GM as well as email) and got no reply. Service wouldn’t help me because it was too new. Finally, my sales guy Jake called me back to bring it in (two weeks after my first call). I had to arrange transportation as there wasn’t a loaner car (I do not live close). Got word back the brakes were fine, but they cleaned and resurfaced them. They said they were ceramic so this will happen in the cold. The problem was not fixed. Jake said there was nothing more he could do and to contact a manager. Spoke to Daniel who said he would return my call with next steps...No call back. Very poor customer service! The Mercedes is very embarrassing to drive if the temperature is below 60 degrees which is half the year! I am disappointed in the lack of follow up and will not refer anyone to autonation littleton.

Dropped husband’s F250 off again to repair their repair July 2021. It was stolen from the autonation lot with all his tools in it. He is self employed and this was our livelihood. April 2022 - unresolved. No calls or concern from management. There were 4 customer cars stolen that day from the “locked back lot”. We are stuck in corporate law bullying and SOL. Avoid this place at all cost. You are on your own. ☹️

Bad experience. We had a 10am appointment on Friday. As of Monday morning, I couldn't get an update about my vehicle so I drove down on Monday morning. They hadn't looked at my vehicle and they told me that my appointmtent on Friday was only to drop off. They said they use to have a month long wait to have your vehicle looked at, and they said it's not that long right now. So they will look at my vehicle when they get a chance.... This is either the worst process for scheduling, or they lied to me. Either way, I will never go back.. What a waste of time. I can't remember ever being so frustrated in my life. I had originally scheduled with them as they told me they could look at my vehicle sooner than any other Ford dealer. I wasn't expecting them to lie to me. Lesson learned. You've been warned.

Service was fine but communication and time commitment was poor. I made an appointment to have my oil changed. Arrived early for appointment time and still had to wait two hours before they even put the truck up to change the oil. Why make appointment times and then not stick to them? I know at other dealerships, for example John Elway Chevrolet, if you make an appointment at 9:30 to have your oil changed, they have you out by 10.

Auto Nation Littleton has been the worst customer service experience of my life. I bought a $10,000 car from them on March 21st. First of all it took 4 hours to actually buy to car. No one in the building seems to have any sense of urgency. We waited for the “finance guy” for almost 2.5 hours. Had they let us know it was going to be that long we could have left and come back(with full stomachs). During the 4 hours that we spent at the dealership on March 21st we were assured multiple times by Vince, our salesman, that the car would be ready for us to pick up the next day, March 22nd. I am writing this on March 31st and I STILL DON’T HAVE THE CAR. On March 22nd they called and told me it would be ready on March 24th. Then on the 24th I was passed on to Dee who I believe is higher up on the ladder than Vince. She told me the drivers side seat belt needed to be replaced and the car isn’t ready. I thought that was weird because I test dove the car and the seatbelt seemed fine. They called the next day to tell me it was the serpentine belt not the seatbelt. And that brings us to now. I haven’t heard from them since the 25th. This company took $10,000 from me and has still not given me the car I was promised. At this point I feel the organization is deeply flawed. All the employees have been kind, even giving out their personal phone numbers to try and resolve problems. That’s kind of them but very unprofessional and reflects poorly on this business for not giving their employees the resources to actually solve customer problems. I feel that Autonation Ford Littleton does not care about its customers or employees. I will never recommend this business and would never dream of coming here again for anything.

Don't make the mistake I did in trusting sales people to know what vehicle will fit your needs. I came in needing a truck capable of towing a travel trailer and wasn't sure if I would need an F-150 or F-250, so I discussed this with the sales person. The 2022 F-150's (when equipped) have the numbers to pull what we need to pull, more enjoyable to drive, same cabin size, and cheaper, so that's what we bought - only to realize later that the payload on the truck we purchased only had 1,414 lbs. True, I should've been more knowledgeable and done more research on this and won't make that mistake again. But then why are we paying car sales people commissions? In real estate, your agent is supposed to be looking out for you and they get paid for it. Cars are the second most expensive thing people buy and car sales people get commissions as well but they have no responsibility to look out for you. I liked my sales guy as a person, but he didn't know enough to help me with my specific situation. If he did, he would've advised/encouraged me to buy a Super Duty instead. In the end, we wasted a lot of money trading in a brand-new vehicle for a different one. Really unfortunate.

We are a little conflicted on this. The sales team was awesome. Very smooth. It went downhill during financing. The sales component took 15 minutes. We waited nearly 2 hours to sign papers. And, we constantly heard -- "he is almost ready", "only 15 more minutes". We would recommend the sales time, but they need to work on their financing process.

Made lots of empty promises from getting spare keys to what they would sell trade in for. I tried to negotiate on my trade in they said they would sell it for a certain price and I could see it on the website in a couple days. I check and they had it listed for 4k more then they said which is what I said they would. Been waiting two weeks to find out if they could get me keys for the topper as well as a spare set for truck. All they care about is moving inventory. Customer service is trash. Some of the worst I’ve encountered from any dealership. Would recommend steering clear at all cost. Especially the used car side and salesman Tyric. Found my truck on TrueCar and the dealership was quick to respond after applying for the true price. Vehicle was listed at a reasonable price online and nothing changed when I got to the dealership. The management team was very easy to work with as I asked to put down a deposit for the vehicle. They were hesitant but ended up helping me out with my situation. That being said, they are getting 4 stars because the vehicle was posted for sale before it was actually ready to be sold. My truck still needed to go through the dealer inspection process and it took a week for them to have my truck ready for pickup after having to order a few parts for it. I would give two stars for this however, it didn’t effect my travel plans too much and therefore I went into the deal with the understanding that they would have the truck a few extra days. The finance section was amazing to work with. I brought my own funding and they didn’t try to pressure me into financing through their preferred lender. I’m supposed to finally get my vehicle today so if management feels like this review is unfair, please contact me and I will explain further.

I bought a used F150 recently from AutoNation. It developed some engine trouble the 2nd day. I called Christina, my sales person, to report the problem. I was asked to bring the vehicle back same day so they could find and fix the problem. Turns out electronic/electrical problems with newer vehicles are a lot more complex than when I was driving a '72 F150, but the Service Team got it done. The service manager came to talk to me personally and the setive technician also came to explain directly what he'd found and how he'd fixed it; apologies for forgetting their names. Christina was very helpful through the selection and purchasing phase, and also rode shotgun through the problem repair. Truck is still running strong. AutoNation Ford made the wait comfortable with a pleasant, comfortable and quiet customer waiting area. Thanks again to Christina and the Service Team for the fast response, great service, and especially friendly atmosphere I am especially satisfied in all respects with the service I received at AutoNation Ford and happy to recommend the dealership to anyone looking to buy, or needing vehicle servicing. I will be back when I'm ready for muy next vehicle!

First of all I should say I live in the Phoenix area and all of the local Ford dealers have added a $5,000 market adjustment to their vehicles + a $1,200 (mandatory) Desert Protection Package (wax, window tint, and nitrogen-filled tires). I researched and found the perfect truck for me at the Denver suburb of Littleton. I flew there and made the purchase and drove it back home. With all that I still saved a lot of money. Now some info on the Littleton Ford dealer. Most of the negotiations were done remotely using email and telephone. I got the sales price from their website, but I received no less than 5 emailed quotes with base numbers that were higher than the Internet prices. I lost track of the number of salesman and “Finance” folks that I got shuffled to. Long story short, I ended up with a much better deal than at Phoenix-area dealers. I am happy with the deal and 2022 F-150 4WD Lariat with 6.5’ bed.

We had to wait 6 months with no updates whatsoever (unless we called & still got no information). Finally after our patience had reached its end, we contacted Ford service parts directly, above the dealership level, only to find out that the part that we’d been waiting for had been sent 2 weeks after we dropped the car off! Our car should have been fixed in September 2021!! Not March 2022!! When we presented all this information to both the dealership & the service parts above them, no one would take responsibility!!! Everyone was just like, “it’s not my fault”. Absolutely someone is at fault!!!! We went 6 months without our vehicle! The part was sent, the car should have been fixed, done! It shouldn’t have taken 6 months!!

Arrived on time for first oil-change/semi-annual checks, told completion should be within 90 minutes. After 1 hour 45 minutes went to the service desk to inquire about status, 15 minutes of scrambling/searching later it was discovered the paperwork for my appointment was misplaced and work had not even started. Service Manager worked with techs to complete the oil change quickly thereafter, and I was on my way within 30 minutes. My 60-90 minute appointment turned into 2½ hours... glad I didn't wait longer to ask about it.

I ran into several problems during my recent service call. I brought in my Ranger for a routine service but during the evaluation another problem was identified. I don't blame the service department for finding the new problem but it did require a longer period of time in the garage and I had a difficult time getting communications from the service center concerning when the truck would be complete. Once I arrived at the facility to pick the car up I waited about 30 minutes before my car was retrieved. Once I got the car home I discovered that the turn signal and the brake light were not functional. I did bring the truck back in the next day and it was fixed before the end of the day but again, I had to initiate the communication to find out when the car would be ready to pick up.

We have never been treated so well when buying a car, we actually had been to several dealerships prior to finally landing here, and the past dealerships had zero concern for what I wanted or what we could afford, it was just them pushing us into the first car they could. I will recommend this team to everyone I know, I can not overstate it enough, they deserve your business and deserve all the recognition possible. We have never been treated so well when buying a car, we actually had been to several dealerships prior to finally landing here, and the past dealerships had zero concern for what I wanted or what we could afford, it was just them pushing us into the first car they could. I will recommend this team to everyone I know, I can not overstate it enough, they deserve your business and deserve all the recognition possible. i went here to get my car looked at due to a check engine light. they tried to charge me $140 just to check the light and tell me what was wrong. keep in mind this service is completely free at oreilys or any other auto parts store. luckily, i asked to speak to a manager about the price and they just reprinted a receipt with a $0 balance instead of $140. i never spoke to a manager. when i got my car back, i noticed that my rear passenger side rain deflector was missing, i didn’t think too much of it until i washed my car a few days later and found a multitude of scratches on my roof on the rear passenger side as if someone set something on top of my car and it fell off and made my rain deflector fall off. i did not want to point fingers and immediately blame autonation, so i called and asked to 1) speak to a manager and 2) i requested someone to look through security footage. the woman said that all of the supervisors were busy at the moment and they would call me back. it has been a week and i have not received a single phone call or email from autonation. i did not want to write a poor review because i still don’t know if the damage to my car was from autonation or not, however the poor review is due to lack of customer service and they neglected the problems that i brought up.

AutoNation Ford asked me to submit an honest review so here it goes... I will never, ever, (not in a million years), take my truck to AutoNation Ford again. I thought that going to the dealer would be a good idea. The dealer could address any recalls, complete any warranty work, and because they deal exclusively with Ford, they would have the experience to address the little complaints I had about my truck. This was not the case. This was the third and last time I honestly tried to be understanding and give AutoNation Ford the benefit of the doubt. Maybe they had a bad day, had someone new, but surely I would not have problems the last three times I had them work on my truck...right? Three visits ago I went in for an oil change and mentioned I had an issue with my sunroof. I also had a recall that needed to be addressed. When I went to pick-up my truck, they said they repaired everything but when it was delivered the sunroof was comically out of alignment, the side of my truck somehow became covered in oil, and the recall they performed left the carpet edges exposed and frayed. I complained and waited an additional hour for them to correct these issues. Strike one. Two visits ago I asked for a full synthetic oil change (as I always do). AutoNation assured me they put in full synthetic oil, charged me for full synthetic oil, however my oil life indicator reflected it was not full synthetic. I called and confirmed with them again that it was indeed full synthetic oil because I was planning a long road trip and did not want to have any issues. Two days later the service manager called me and admitted that they did indeed not refill with full synthetic. They took my truck for another full day to swap the oil. Strike two. This past visit I went in for an oil change and had a small list of issues that I communicated to my service rep before my appointment. Little, annoying issues like the passenger side camera did not work, the light switch in the bed did not work, and an engine light that on the Ford app indicated a hose sensor needed to be replaced. If you do minimal online research, you will see that these were all known issues for a three-year-old truck. My service rep called after I dropped off my truck. She said it would take 4-5 days to diagnose and correct these items...4-5 days! She said they were busy and short staffed. What was the point of making an appointment and waiting a week to get my truck serviced if it could not be done in a reasonable amount of time? I had them complete the oil change and decided to pick it up that evening. Picked up my truck that night without having the additional work completed. I was charged a $200 "diagnostic fee" to confirm that what I told them and that the app was indeed correct; the hose sensor needed to be replaced, I was also charged $30 to rotate my tires (this $30 was not mentioned). Nothing else was fixed (including the sensor replacement). It cost me $25 and 15 minutes of my time to fix the simple issues I asked the dealer to fix (including the sensor). Strike three I know that it is difficult to find quality help, I understand that. I understand that sometimes things get missed, and people make mistakes. Considering that the last three times I have had issues with my service done at AutoNation Ford “quality is no longer job one." There is an issue with this service department, I feel that I am taken advantage of and that my business is not important. Perhaps it is the norm for dealer services, but in my opinion these types of issues should never happen, much less three separate times. There are better options out there. Don’t be fooled, the dealerships are not experts, they are not better. It’s unfortunate that Ford service is the last place that I would want to bring my Ford. It’s also unfortunate that in my view the service department reflects so poorly on the dealership and AutoNation . I am buying two new cars this year, but certainly not with AutoNation.

Had my vehicle for 2 weeks and did not even look at it. I had over $600 in rental costs for nothing. ! If they do not have transmission techs, maybe they should inform me that no one will be able to even look at the vehicle after a week. After over a month in their service for two different issues on different dates I wont be going back. Even trying to get someone of the phone was impossible. I understand there is a lack of workers, but communication is key.

I am in the middle of completing a deal for a new Platinum F-150. I've been impressed with the approach and honesty of everyone I have worked with, starting with Jake at the internet desk. I've been buying the truck long-distance (we live in the San Juan mountains, 300 miles from the dealership). We took delivery of a truck but buying via the internet has its risks in that one cannot physically see the vehicle. I need to change it (it is my fault), and so far, Jake and AutoNation have been positive and working to help us end up with the truck we truly want. That's all one can ask for - transparency and honesty when buying something that expensive and long-lasting. (I'll give the fifth star when we finally complete the purchase.)

I am still in shock over the incredible care I received from Lon and Shawn. My previous car had been stolen so I was in need of another car. I was pretty hesitant about where to go to buy a car because I did not want to get a bad deal, plus I was still in a bit of a traumatized state. Not only did I get a great deal but it went incredibly smooth from the moment I walked in and actually continues to this day. I've received follow up emails from Lon making sure I'm still satisfied and asking if there's anything else I want or need. The entire process took less than 2 hours, the shortest amount if time I've ever spent buying a car. Lon made sure the car was completely detailed while I was in the last part of the process, no other dealership has ever done anything like that for me. Shawn got me an even better interest rate than my credit union, so I'd say it was a darn good experience!!!

The sales staff are awesome but the service for oil chances, etc. is terrible. I waited 3 hours for an oil change and “the works” package. No fluid top off or air in the tires. No car wash. They didn’t have the right oil. It was a mess and a waste of time.

If you want to take your car/truck to a business that will ignore and dismiss you, then this is the place for you! I tried getting an appointment scheduled for our company truck and it took over a month. I needed a loaner car given for the duration of the repair and the loaner coordinator could not give me an update nor was I able to reach her. I would call and leave messages and never get a response. The service managers and advisors were of no help as they told me the repair was not going to be covered but they did not even look at the truck. I am extremely disappointed at the lack of customer service at this location.

I had SUCH great service at Ford the other day-I had to share my experience!! I had a ski trip planned for the first time in 2 years and got into my truck at 5pm the night before traveling to find something VERY off with it-I called Samantha O. who immediately picked up and told me to get right in. I pulled in in tears and she grabbed my keys tossed them to Noah in service and made me go sit down and relax while they drove it around and worked on it. Up on the lift/found a bolt in my tire/pull it out/patched the tire/filled all tires up/topped off my fluids all while updating me on the progress along the way and telling me it was going to be okay. This was all done within a half hour and after 5pm at night. These past two years have been really difficult so to get any type of service let alone this type of service put me back in tears but for a good reason. I appreciate Sam (who has been there for me before) and also Noah who jumped right into action and got me back on the road and safely to my mountain weekend. THANK YOU FORD-I was reminded why I am on my 4th lease with these guys!!!

Overall not a bad dealership. Got blue book value for a trade in and vehicle I seen on line was available. The purchase process was not bad and were there for a few hours for the whole process. I did buy my vehicle in the evening also it was raining that day. Theres a couple reasons for the 4 stars and it has nothing to do with service i received from all involved. Everyone was nice and professional. After taking car home and taking a more deep look at interior and exterior of vehicle we found some spots in the inside that could of gotten a little more attention when cleaning. Example cup holders some cealing liner spots and around buttons. Car was clean but ive been to other dealership when every nook and crany is cleaned. One more thing ive noticed is when looking at cars on their website, some cars look a little dirty on exterior on photos. Overall good place to purchase your next car. Thanks.

I would give them zero stars if I could. The salesman was good and nice, but the finance team failed to file my gap insurance from me having an accident and it being declared a total loss. Also, the vehicle appears to have not been inspected because all requests for that report were not met. They were requested after I found out the vehicle had bad motor mounts and there was a camshaft that had a ground down lobe from the needle pins on the roller rockers hardening and subsequently breaking, leaving me to deal with a service department that didn't want to perform the work as guaranteed by my vehicle protection plan. Check your agreement multiple times before you sign anything as they have acted in an underhanded way throughout the proceedings. Do not trust them and do not buy from them, if you can avoid it at all.

Arrived for my scheduled service, and was quoted 90 minutes for an oil change, tire rotation, and inspection. After 2 hours waiting in the lobby, I approached the service counter and was told that they were now performing a recall on my explorer (the roof rack needed to be prevented from flying off is what I was told). She said it was almost done. Another hour goes by, and she now tells me that my battery is dead. I had zero issues with the battery prior to going in to the dealership (no dim lights, rough starts, etc). She said the device tech would leave the car outside running due the battery issue. I went out, and found the service techs still left the plastic protectant on the floor, and hadn’t changed the sticker for the next service. Terrible communication and customer service.

I had anticipated being there all afternoon, however my salesman was ready to go with all the paperwork organized, the vehicle was perfectly prepped and the finance office was very efficient. Am giving 5 stars as Samantha wasn’t available at check in so it wasn’t her fault if somethings weren’t done. It should actually be 1 star. When I checked in my vehicle with Adam he asked if I wanted an oil change along with all of the extra maintenance that was soon due. Since I was going to be making a trip with the vehicle soon, I said yes. But, I noticed that the sticker in the windshield was not updated with the new date and mileage and the oil life on my app and in the vehicle was not reset as expected. So now, I have to make another appointment for an oil change that should have been done during the week and a half that they had my vehicle.

Had a battery test bad on a truck I bought used from another dealer that was still under factory warranty, brought the truck in with no appointment and they ran the test and it came back 3 times better than the first one. We had a great experience with Dan who walked us through the process. He lined up our choices and then we set out to test drive our choices and purchased all in a couple of days. When we came to pick up he had our car all cleaned up. In the days that followed he checked on us to help orient us to the options on the vehicle. Our only issue is that we still have a small electrical problem that we will have looked at in the days ahead. I'm sure they will solve the issue.

Never mentioned warranty after I told him I just wanted gap, spend 2 hours in financing only to realize I have been lied to. Extremely shady practices in the finance department I will be calling them as soon as I am off work.

Terrible service, I do not recommend AutoNation Ford. Initially thought our service appointment to fix some recalls would be done in one day. When we dropped off on Friday, Josh told us it would be ready on Monday. We heard from no one on Monday. When inquiring about when our car would be ready on Tuesday, we were told by Josh that it would be atleast Wednesday or Thursday before it was ready. When we told him we needed our car back, he suggested just picking it up and rescheduling rather than prioritizing the work. Lied about his manager leaving a voice mail for us with the status. Dissapointed in the lack of honesty and I do not recommend this place to anyone.

To start the finance manager added $4,000 and warranty and vehicle care protection without my consent. Kept me in his office for 2 hours and did not say a single word during the first hour, I specifically told him I do not want extended warranty only gap insurance. Ordered a F250 Limited on 11/27, sales agent thought I ordered an Explorer. Had to send him my order form and then a few days later (12/8) Ford finally sent an order confirmation. Now 2/7 the truck is still not in production, the sales agent has no clue when to expect my truck (he’s now quoting 6-9 months, significantly different from the 3-6 I was originally quoted) and after 3 calls, 2 voicemails I can’t get the sales manager to call me back. Called Ford they were super helpful and apologetic but ultimately said the only person that can help is my local dealership. Unfortunately, I can’t get a call back from them so they won’t help. Would recommend ordering from a different dealership. 2/8 update … still no call. And now 2 new 5 star reviews posted? Seems fishy

What an amazing experience. I know that you usually do not say that when your car is in the shop, but the staff at Auto Nation Ford really took care of us. They kept us updated on the progress with the Warranty Company and the itemize the list of what was going to be done. Communication at first was spotty at best. This was because Shawn's voice mail went to someone other than whom I was trying to reach. When I called the main "Service" number several times it rang about 10 times and then cut me off with a "Beep, Beep, Beep." I finally got hold of Denise in the front and she was a big help. I told her my F-150 was to be ready at 10:30, but after being promised a call back by someone, after 2 hours nobody called. Again, Denise was able to tell me the status of the vehicle and that it was done (at 1:00 pm) but the paperwork would not be ready for pick up until after 2:00. When I got there, Wes, the Service Manager, apologized, explaining they were short of staff and Shawn had to go home due to a leaky apartment. Wes did help me try to get the correct body paint and gave me one to try (which was still too dark). I realize times are tough with staff shortages, but someone should fix the phone system to make it easier to reach a warm body and not get disconnected.

If this dealership had my dream car I wouldn't go near it! Terrible experience! After being lied to by the sales manager & the "top salesman", confronting manager on these lies. My son being told by the manager, the "vehicle he was trying to buy was too much of a truck for him". And feeling like I was working harder to buy the vehicle, than the salesman were to sell the vehicle. I would never go here & I would not recommend this dealership to anyone! I had a factory recall issue with my cam phasers. AutoNation Ford (ANF) adjusted them to within specifications. They still rattled after this adjustment. I had to bring the truck back to have them replaced. I would have given 5 stars if I could have had my problem fixed in one stop. I also had a problem with my 4X4 shift system and USB charging ports not working. All problems fixed. Service was quick, and courteous.

It was the worst experience I had ever had!!!! When I asked to speek to someone to make a complaint on the service department They forwarded me to a managers voicemail which was on vacation for the next 2 weeks. Piss poor service!!!! Actually the worst!!!!! Took my truck back to have serviced elsewhere. Hope this finds someone important.....

They bought our truck for 3500.00 less than we wanted. They said it was a fast process and took them 4 hours. Had to sign papers over and over again. Sales person we had was unknowledgeable, unexperianced and non negosiable. Made us miss an appt. we had plus we left our puppies at home thinking this was a fast process. They are a joke and very unprofessional. We will never do business here. 4 flipping hours!!!

April 2021, I received a notice from Ford Motor company advising that my 2008 Ford Ranger is being recalled again. This time is to have the driver side airbag replaced. The notice advised I would be contacted by a Ford service center. On October 12, 2021 I received a letter from autonation Ford in Littleton Colorado to schedule an appointment to have the driver side airbag replaced. I called to schedule an appointment. The earliest appointment available was December 28, 2021 at 10AM. I scheduled the appointment and received 2 confirmation emails. Ten days later I receive a text from autonation to schedule an appointment for the airbag recall. I text back with the information regarding my already scheduled appointment. The following week I receive a letter via USPS from autonation advising me to schedule an appointment for the airbag recall on my Ranger? Apparently, they are incapable of looking at an appointment schedule or communicating between departments. On December 28, 2021 I arrive at autonation Ford in Littleton at 10AM as scheduled. I met with a "service advisor" named Josh Crowder; anticipating the part was available and the repair would be relatively quick. I told Josh I received another recall notice from autonation and he advised I should discard communications from autonation and only pay attention to information from Ford? Josh informed me the repair would be completed by close of business on December 29, 2021. Really; 2 days to replace a driver side airbag; after making an appointment over 2 months in advance? I hear nothing from autonation Ford on December 29, 2021. I call autonation Ford and spoke to Sean. I told him Josh told me my vehicle would be ready for pick up by close of business today. He stated he did not have the completed paper work for my vehicle and he would go speak with the tech. Sean returns to the phone and tells me the repair would not be completed until December 30th or December 31st. Sean stated he had no idea why Josh would state the repair would be complete by close of business on the 29th. Early morning on December 30, 2021 I sent a text message to the number I have from asking me to schedule an appointment. I asked them to provide me with the purpose for scheduling an appointment. Of course they cannot provide an answer as they are the "recall department". I called Josh at autonation midday on December 30th and left a message on his voice mail that I would be picking up my Ranger today. Josh returned a voice mail message advising he had the airbag and my vehicle would be completed today; December 30. About an hour later Josh calls to let me know they opened the box with the new airbag for the Ranger but the airbag in the box is for a Fusion. He would go ahead and order the correct airbag for my Ranger and have it tomorrow, December 31, 2021. I told Josh I would come get my vehicle and schedule the repair with a different Ford service center. autonation scheduled an appointment over 2 months in advance did not have the integrity to order and verify the airbag they were to replace. My vehicle sat at autonation for over 2 days prior to them doing anything!

I sold my Toyota 4Runner to this dealership yesterday January 17th. They gave me a check the same day. This afternoon January 18th I tried to cash it at their bank. I was told that the check is bad and there are no funds in the account. I was told to go back and get a cashiers check from the dealership. I drove back to the dealership and told them Dennis the manager told be the check was not bad but that “I needed to wait a couple more hours to cash t check.” At this point I have a bad check that I can’t cash and you have my vehicle. Pretty sure that’s stealing. Filing a complaint with BBB. The service was great when I was there. I’ve never had a better experience with a dealership. I was thinking if I was ever in the market for a vehicle I’d definitely buy from them. After this experience you have lost a customer and any future business.

In and out with the truck we wanted. In this crazy truck market, Kim was amazing. Didn't sell the truck before we could get in to test drive or play any slimy sales person games. Price on website was final price. Would give AutoNation Ford Littleton and Kim 10 stars if possible.

Our Sales Rep was Lon Arnold. He understands all of the features of an f-150, and passionately described how to utilize each of these features. We probably spent an hour looking at features before taking a drive in the truck. I appreciate the time he spent with us. The f-150 pickup is an amazing vehicle. Really love driving it!

The service team at Autonation Ford Littleton have worked on two of my Fords over the last few years. Very knowledgeable staff and friendly. I’m pretty particular about my vehicles and each time they have provided a great experience when I needed my vehicles worked on. Some work has been warranty and some maintenance items. Upfront and fair pricing and the time to complete was quoted accurately. Communication and customer experience are most important to me and have exceeded my expectations. I needed two issues addressed on the day I brought in my truck, November 29, 2021. One was an intermittent dashboard message alluding to a problem with a steering sensor. It couldn't be duplicated and thusly had to be put off. Understandable. The other problem occurred following the battery replacement, which knocked out the radio's ability to accept phone pairings, needed as our two phones were no longer recognized. Somewhere along the line, the service advisor decided the steering wheel phone buttons all worked fine. Come to find out that issue never actually got passed along to a technician. When I pointed it out to the tech, he diagnosed that, indeed, it didn't work and a replacement part was required to fix the problem. I had already been charged $232 since "no problems were found". Two weeks later I had to ask for a refund as it was determined to be a warranty issue. No problem. Here it is, January 10, 2022 and I'm still waiting for this to be resolved (waiting for parts, I was told). I understand the current supply chain situation, but it's not like this part(s) would need to be produced. I've been patiently waiting. So just how patient am I supposed to be?

BUYER BEWARE of the Used vehicle sales team here! Many promises were made during the transaction that were not supported after money changed hands. The vehicle I purchased required thousands of additional dollars in investment and more importantly a massive amount of time to get to the level I was promised. Return calls from the Sales Manager with answers never came. Get your vehicle inspected by an independent mechanic Before purchase and get any promises they make in writing at Autonation! I knew that lesson already but this sales team gave me a reminder in how far you can trust customer support.

Last Thursday we bought a new F150 King Ranch from AutoNation Ford Littleton. My husband and I feel like we were treated very well and the deal went off without any negative surprises. Specifically: Christina and Kim treated us very respectfully; the dealer add-ons were less than other dealers we spoke with; the pricing for the vehicle was fair compared to other dealers selling the same vehicle and according the the pricing on Consumer Reports' website; the 0% financing was exactly as promised; and the extended factory warranty seems to have been priced fairly. We are very happy with our purchase and the next time we buy a new vehicle we will absolutely look at AutoNation first.

Replaced my door actuator on several of my 2014 Ford F-150 doors. The 1st repair AutoNation did in 2019 and charged me $700. The 2nd repair I involved Ford Motors who basically paid the entire repair in 2020. 2021 I received a letter from Ford Motors with the door actuator recall stating if you need repairs it’s free and IF you paid for repairs previously to go back to the dealer who repaired the recall and you could receive a refund. Auto Nation has denied the refund saying it’s apples to oranges and was the door latch not the actuator, however in the invoice it states door actuator. I emailed their service manager Adam the first week of December stating that this was not acceptable and that I needed to receive my refund. Two weeks later I still have not received any information back from him or response back from him. Will likely get the Better Business Bureau involved directly against Ford Auto Nation due to their lack of customer service lack of response lack of refund even though Ford motors states in the recall that I should receive a full refund for the repairs due to a Nationwide issue with the door actuator on my vehicle. I have 5 children and none of them will ever own a Ford Vehicle EVER!!!!!!

Need to replace my backing camera. I can only do it at the dealership. Brought my truck in to get diagnosed in July, so they know what I need. Brought my truck back in a couple weeks ago and was told the job would get done that day. The truck was there from 7-4:30 and wasn’t touched even though the part is at the dealership. During the rescheduled date for service, told there are no guarantees it’ll get done that day either and not told of any discounts for the service because of the repeated appointments.

Don't waste your time because the team at Autonation Ford Littleton, especially the management team, won't think twice about wasting yours. The staff was helpful but communication and sense of urgency are not strengths. The management is much more concerned with the prospect of meeting their quotas than actually selling cars. I waited a week for a build sheet being told several times they were too busy to take my already built truck (from the Ford website) and plug it into the system -- this would have taken no more than 10 minutes....I know because when I found a quality dealer (not here!) they had my order submitted to Ford in less than an hour end to end. Evidently only their managers can put together builds and don't care about local paying customers....? If you're thinking about ordering a new car, I'd highly suggest you look elsewhere if you want to feel like a customer, much less a valuable one.

I did an online reservation for a used car at this dealership. I received a confirmation email with the date and time for my reservation. On the email confirmation it states "Only one (1) vehicle may be reserved per person, at a time. Dealer agrees to hold the Vehicle for 24 hours from the time of vehicle reservation." after i received the confirmation, i also received phone calls from the salesperson and the sales manager to confirm i was coming to see the vehicle. When i arrived at the dealership, I was informed that the car wasn't there and that it had been sold the evening before. So even though I reserved the vehicle and their electronic documentation states they will hold the vehicle, they did not. Would not trust them with my business!

I went in to AutoNation Ford to address some recalls as well as other issues I was having with my Ford Explorer. The service desk person, Samantha, was very friendly and helpful and found out that my warrantee covered a great deal of the cost. They fixed all of my problems at about half the price I was expecting. Samantha did her job graciously and effectively. Thanks also to the repair people who fixed my heater problem and fixed the roof rack! Overall a very satisfying experience!

I called auto nation the night before my appointment to confirm the vehicle I was interested in was still available for purchase. Ari, confirmed the vehicle was available and asked if I wanted to come in and test drive it. I made the drive out there the next morning with my family of 5 from Frederick… sadly we got there only to find out that the vehicle I wanted was on a mechanics lift being repaired for sale. This was a complete waste of time and money…. I could have worked and made some OT money but instead I got the run around from this dealership that is clueless of the inventory they sell. I will never purchase a vehicle from AutoNation.

Took my f250 in for recall. Needed a part to finish it, it has been just short of a month still waiting. Also need a seatbelt fixed, was told $450, and extended warranty probly won’t cover. Still waiting to hear if that is true or not. Service advisor won’t return calls, and nobody answers when you call. I happened on a supposed review that had my name attached from when I bought my truck, I didn’t wrote it. Poor place to buy, have service etc.

The service writer was not knowledgeable about the repair costs. Previously he had quoted me one half hour labor to repair a turn signal light. OK ? then he comes back and tells me it will now cost $355 dollars...WTF ? For a turn signal lamp? This is highway robbery!!! I have had previous dealings with Auto Nation and their service department over their lack of knowledge and pricing policy. I have always driven Ford but this is getting ridiculous!

i bought my car from here years ago and have always taken my car here for service. service used to be really good, it was fast and friendly. these days, not so much. i wasn’t greeted when i first arrived for a scheduled appointment, stood there for several minutes before i was acknowledged and even then it wasn’t a greeting just ‘someone will be with you shortly’. when i finally get my car in i inform them that there’s something leaking to please look into it. i get a call that day and am informed that i have nearly $5K in repairs needed. i thank them and tell them i need to speak to my husband before agreeing to the services. i call right back and tell ask them how long it will take for them to complete the repairs, they tell me 2 days, i tell them to go ahead. toward the end of the day on the day my car was estimated to be completed i call and call to find out if my car is progressing on track with the estimate. person never calls me. i call several times, no return call. i finally call the front desk and they say they will get someone to call me. said person finally calls me back and says my car won’t be ready until the next day at noon (no apology, nothing. just matter of fact, they’re behind). i’m irritated, but what can i do? the next day i arrive at noon because that’s the only time i can get a ride. when i arrive, the advisor says to me (again no greeting) ‘he’s still working on it’. as if i’m a crazy person for showing up when he said my car would be ready (the second time). after an hour of waiting, i ask him if he has an estimate of how much longer, he tells me end of the day ‘it’s a big job’. i start to panic. i have 3 children and need my car and now i’m stranded at the dealership. advisor comes up to me a few minutes later and informs me that he is going to give me a loaner because he doesn’t think my car will even be ready by the end of the day. he says my car will be ready on monday, and that he’s off that day, so someone else will call me to tell me when my car is ready. i call on monday around 4:00 pm to see if my car is ready yet, i’m in the phone tree for over 10 min before i get irritated and hang up. i finally just show up. there are 3 people working there that seem to be physically capable of answering a phone, i am at a loss as to what is happening at this place. i speak to a super pleasant man and inquire about my car, he looks and says ‘i’ll pull it around for you’ (so my car has been ready for how long and no one bothered to tell me). i will not return to this place for work on my car ever again. worst experience i’ve had in the 10 years i’ve been going here. do yourself a favor and find someone else.

Autonation reached out to me with a recall notice several times in. July letting me know it was of extreme importance to reach out to them. I called AutoNation Ford Littleton and they asked me to bring my F150 in on Aug 18th at 8:00am. This appointment was set up 3-4 weeks prior to Aug 18th so any necessary items needed would be avaiable at Autonation. I brought my truck in on time and the service rep pulls up my file, then looks at me asking why I was there. I explained that Autonation had requested this appointment due to a recall part (a Cam of some sort and auto locks) He signed me in and let me know I would receive a call to inform me of the issues later that day. He then sent me to Courtesy car. Once there I asked for a truck since I am a custom home builder and am always delivery small supplies to job sites. I was told the only truck (ranger) was in the shop and I would have to take a small SUV. When I walked out to the loaner car, the courtesy truck that wasn't suppose to be available was right next to it. I went back into the dealership to courtesy desk and the woman had disappeared. I waited 10 min and asked her where abouts but no one could help. I left for my job sites, I received no calls that day from Autonation, I made several attempts throughout the day but no one in Service ever answered the phone. I finally reached someone in Sales at 4:55, she put me on hold and went to talk with a tech. She returned telling me the truck would have to be there for 3 days. She mentoned a service rep would call me in the morning. Aug 19th 12:30pm, no call received so I reached out to Sales again asking for Service Manager Meranda Bell. She finally answered her phone after several calls and pulled up my file on her computer. She told me no notes were available so she would talk to the Tech and call me back. 10 minutes later Meranda calls and tells me, the Cam part that Autonation had asked me to bring my truck in for wouldn't be available for several weeks. Autonation had pushed for me to bring my truck in, they refused to keep me informed and they wasted a day and a half of my time for no reason other than complete failure to plan appropriately and incompetence. No part available, no customer service and no remorse for their ignorant actions. I had purchased the vehicle there but will never use this dealership again for another vehicle. Throughout the course of this ordeal I had asked several times to speak with the General Manager Jay Smith, unfortunately he was always in a meeting and then when I did get back to pick up my truck, he apparently wasn't there. Do not waste your time with this dealership, Horrible service, their incompetence and disinterest in you as a customer will leave you with total contempt and aggravation, apparently the lack of customer service goes all the way to the top with the General Manager.

I dropped my truck off at 830a for an oil change. Shared that I needed the truck back by 1030a. 2 hours provided for an oil change! At 1030a, the truck wasn’t even touched. I came back to pick it up and had to leave. Total waste of my time and money as I had to pay for an Uber. Someone should have called me to tell me the truck wouldn’t get done in time. Or not have me schedule an oil change weeks in advance ONLY to not get it done the day of my appointment. HORRIBLE Service!!!

Worst used truck purchase ever! 2016 F250 50k when purchased 80k now truck has had more problems then last 4 cars and trucks I've owned been in and out of their shop every other month or more in the past year. Always a hastle always weeks out! Last repair for upper oil pan leak was supposedly fixed fast forward 2 months oil pan leaking again scheduled an appointment to bring truck in to be fixed then they proceed to tell me its going to take 3 weeks to get to it fast forward another 3 weeks call to confirm appointment they then proceeded to tell me the shop is backed up 4 weeks and can hopefully get to it then. This place is terrible dont go there!

Bought an F150 and Todd was awesome to deal with. Had a big crack in the windshield when buying and they promised to replace it. Came in about a week after purchasing and Dennis tells me the windshield is on order. Fast forward a month and I reach out to them and they said the windshield was just ordered a few days ago. So they lied to my face about it being on order a month ago. Fast forward another three weeks and still nothing. Reach out and they said they were going to take care of it. Now today I get a call from Caliber Collision who is coming to replace my windshield. So I won't be getting an OEM windshield and waited two months for nothing. Horrible communication and very disappointed. Only giving two stars because of Todd, he was a pleasure to deal with.

Had an oil change where I mentioned that a battery alert is popping up, was told battery is fine and just go on with my life. 3 days later, got stranded in a parking e we other a toddler and a car full of groceries. Lost power steering, abs, all the warning lights were on and the car wouldn’t go. Towed the car in. 3 days later I was told they could t find anything wrong with the car…. Even though they had to jump it to get it moved into the service bay. I refused the answer and told the Gil they need to keep looking. Next they called and said there was a computer type problem they reset. Part of me is wondering if the car is fixed at all. I guess we’ll know in a few days. Hard to get anyone to answer the phone at this dealership, never have loaners available. We miss the old dealership in Texas

My service appointment was handled quickly . I purchased my Escape in 2016. My mileage was a little over 11,000 miles. I use it locally for groceries, getting my grandson to school, etc.

There are many types of dealerships out there. Some are all about the long-term relationship and focus on the customer experience, and others are all about volume and profit. Ford Littleton is the latter type of dealership. If you catch them right you will get a good deal. However, if you run into any snags, they will dump you yo make a buck. I ordered a 2021 F150 in February. The focus for me was on getting the best deal and this was the best price. Throughout the process I felt like I had to constantly push to get my order placed. Once placed, there were no updates from the dealer unless I reached out and asked. My truck was built in early March and then sat waiting for chips. Months went by with no updates and I saw the expected delivery date slip further and further back until ultimately Ford gave an October 31 delivery date. After reading various forums I learned that dealerships have the ability to move orders up and down and flag orders as hot in the system. When I called and asked I was told, “look, if you want the deal you got you will have to wait. We can make a lot more on your truck now so do what you want.” I finally made the hard decision after waiting for close to six months to cancel my order. Within one week of canceling, my truck moved through the build status and the ETA moved up to a July delivery. Obviously I reached out to try to get the truck and was told they weren’t going to give me the deal I had and if I wanted my order I would have to pay almost $15k more. While this was definitely the dealer’ s right since the order had been canceled I definitely feel like I got screwed. Pushing my order out as far as they could so I would cancel and then jacking the price up was just not the type of dealer I will do business with (both sales and service) in the future. I would look elsewhere for your Ford vehicle needs.

We bought my 2020 Ford Explorer fall 2020 at your dealership and opted to add the Premium Maintenance Plan that included the “Full Synthetic Oil Option”. This plan includes 8 oil changes, wiper blades, other maintenance, and a guarantee of Ford replacement parts. We opted to have the first oil change prior to driving the car off the lot to replace the oil with the full synthetic oil the next service interval was to be performed at the 7500 miles. We brought the car in on 6/7/21 for regular maintenance that included an oil change, tire rotation ect. The service advisor was Sahara, invoice 210790. I arrived a few moments prior to my appointment and was the only one at the service desk. Sahara was rude from the moment I approached her, she had difficulty finding my car in the system even though I had an appointment. She stated something about the oil charge, and I explained that I had the Premium Maintenance she argued that I did not, I requested that she ask someone she said NO. I explained that we bought it with the purchase of the car she said I needed to “prove” it, I went out to the car and did not have what she needed. I told her we bought the car there could she ask someone in sales she said NO. She continued to argue and was becoming ruder this went on for a total of 15 minutes. I explained I live in Elizabeth (over an hour’s drive one way) and that my “proof” was at home, she told me there was nothing she could do. I told her that I was going to go to the sales side and see if they could help me. That is when the lady next to her said let me look, she found my car and the Premium Plan code. Sahara said it was coded wrong in their system, the other lady said no it was a Ford Plan ect. She said that was stupid, finally took my car and did the maintenance. She did tell me that it was due for DEF fluid I stated that service was for my truck (2014 F350 bought at the same dealership), and not my car she rudely and in a condescending manner stated, “well it is diesel, right”? I said no my car is gas she did not even acknowledge me let alone apologize for reading the wrong vehicle maintenance. She came and got me when done, I questioned the SAE 5W-30 SN SNPlus and asked if it was full synthetic, she RUDELY said in a condescending manner said, that is what SN means. (After further research that oil is a synthetic blend, not full synthetic.) She never apologized for the mix-up or the extended wait. I said thank you and she literally stared at me did not say thank you for your business not a word. We have called multiple times and left messages for the service manager for a week now no calls back. We have a contract that states full synthetic, so we still need to address that issue. There are a lot closer Ford dealerships, but we buy and service all our cars & trucks there please tell me why when I was treated like this and why my repeated requests to talk to someone else were denied. We paid a lot of money for the Maintenance Plan partially because we want factory parts, full synthetic oil, but mostly because we want it to be easy with NO HASSLES. I am bringing my car back on 6/28 for a warranty issue as my back vent is not working Sahara said it could not be seen on the 6/7 that it was warranty work. I do not want to be treated like this so how can this be avoided? I will keep a copy of the contract in my car so that I have proof going forward. Because the contract is with Auto Nation, we understand that we must bring our car to your dealership and cannot use it at another Ford dealership.

I had an appointment to have my car looked at on Thursday at 8:30am. I was called that evening saying their one guy wouldn?t be able to look at it until Friday morning. Ok. Well Friday evening comes and I get a call saying the guy couldn?t look at it until Monday evening... I ended up going else where! And my car was looked at the same day at this other place and fixed up within two.

UPDATE 06/12/21 AUTO NATION FORD LITTLETON now gets 1* from me, shortly after posting my review I was glad to see a response from the "owner" that he was concerned about my transaction from his store. I contacted them 3 times like they asked me to and haven't heard back yet. These responses from the "OWNER" is nothing more that P.R. lip service to make it look like they give a crap and I will tell you first hand THEY DO NOT CARE about you after transaction is completed. Since I assumed dealer had filled tank as is customary and was orienting myself to different vehicle I ran out of gas about 15 miles out. Had to coast and hike to gas station. Someone dropped ball.

Last two visits have been very unsatisfactory. Went in for an oil change and the service department tried to sell me $1,700 in additional unnecessary services. My recent experience was even worse. Went in complaining about a bad battery. Had two episodes with it being totally drained within the last 30 days. The battery is only 15 months old and was purchased through another Ford dealership. This is the 3rd battery in 5 years to go bad. I pointed out a recall notice that I received in September 2021 for a potential faulty fan relay switch that could leave a battery drained. I asked for an appointment to replace the switch and for a new battery under the Ford product warranty. Was denied the recall service and the warranty replacement because they said both switch and battery checked out fine. They were unable to explain adequately what else would cause the battery to drain. Said my only option was to purchase a new battery 😠😠😠

First the good. The car I purchased was priced fairly. For the most part the car was in good shape for the age. Now, the not so good. This was a cash deal so it should be nice and easy. I get to the finance guy to sign the customary paper work and out comes the high pressure sales pitch on the extended warranty. Granted this car was $14,000 and his warranty price was either $4400 or $4800 bumper to bumper. I was so shocked I can't remember the exact price and I told him right away thanks but no thanks. After signing a few more documents out comes the warranty spiel again but oh...this time I can have it for "cost" $2400. Really.. Suppose I took it at $4400 would you feel good about that auto nation? Padding your overhead that much. 2nd issue..I asked for a second key fob. Salesman say it was only traded in with one. Thats fine, go make another one. Nope. I find out after the fact Lexus wants $500 to replace/reprogram spare key. Now I know why they said they only had 1. I think a dealer this size has the ability to get a spare key. Finally to top off my review or not to top off my day I get into the car to drive 60 miles home and look at just under 1/2 tank of gas. Sometimes its the little things that dealer don't do that ruin a buying experience. Like when I notified the Salesman my mechanic (whom went onsite to inspect car) found the car to be a little dirty inside and found the rear view mirror loose. Salesman say no problem we'll detail it before you pick it up in the morning and tighten the mirror. Neither was done.

Made a device appointment to bring my truck in for service. When I got there at 7am they told me they were behind(my appointment was at 9am). I called at 4pm to get status and they told me it hasn’t been touched. They said I could leave it and they could look at it (on Saturday). I talked to the director and I asked him the chances of them looking at it on Saturday and he said 50/50. What is the point of having an appointment if they can’t get to it. Also why couldn’t they have called the night before telling me not to bring it in what a joke.

Went in for an oil change after purchasing a prepaid plan. Boy do I regret that! I set an appointment a few months ago and arrived right on time. The service desk was very unfriendly, never introduced themselves, and quite frankly made me feel unwelcome. The oil change too just over an hour, which to Auto Nation?s credit is exactly how long the quoted me and is the only reason they got 2 stars. After the appointment I asked if it was possible for them to wash my truck (something standard at every large dealer I?ve ever dealt with). They suggested I buy a $100 detail service since ?that?s not something [they] do?. I declined the service and went on my way. I found my truck mirror (passenger side) folded closed for no discernible reason, there was plenty of room around me. Is that a big deal? No. But all of the little things added up to a poor overall experience.

I had called to ask to have my car back by a certain time as I had to be somewhere and could not be late. I was told it would be fine as normally it was a 1.5-2hr service.the manager never bothered to call me back. So when I took it in the question was met with rudeness at first. I get it that person may not have known the situation. I had to repeatedly say I would take the car elsewhere if they couldn’t give it back by 1:30. I waited a month this appointment I would have taken it to a place I hate if they were going to back out. They got my car back to me in less time then expected I am not sure if the guy thought I was saying 12:30 and 1:30 but I got my card back in time 102 for an oil change and tire rotation is on the high end

We purchased 2 trucks from these guys and have had them for less than 3 days and just keep finding issues with them. Driver's side mirror doesn't work, windshield wipers are torn, the strap you pull to move the back seat is missing, one of the keys is broken. They removed the floor mats from both trucks (I presume to clean them) but then didn't put them back (they were obviously there initially as the carpets are in perfect condition) - but they won't replace them, they also removed the rubber insert in the drink holder and didn't replace it. I don't know what their problem is or how they are still in business.

We had a great purchasing experience. Unfortunately, after having our vehicle for a little more than a year, I was rear ended at a stop light and it was totaled. We had purchased a warranty and gap insurance, that we didn’t end up needing. I was told that those refunds would be sent to the bank that held the auto loan and any overage would be refunded to me by the bank. This is what happened with the warranty refund... we are still waiting on the gap refund. The bank told me in March they issued a check for it, but we never received it. I called the bank last week and learned that they canceled the check they sent because Autonation told the bank they issued us the gap refund directly. We have yet to receive this, I’m not even sure it’s true. Someone said they’d look into it, but I haven’t heard back. The finance department is nearly impossible to get a hold of. We had a similar experience with another Autonation dealer when we paid a vehicle off early. We will probably never buy from Autonation again as a result. Just seems to be how these guys operate.

Nothing but problems with both the Vehicle I bought (King Ranch F-150) and Auto Nations Service Department. At 55k miles they billed Ford for a New Turbo and a exhaust manifold. Same thing happened at 63k miles and they did everything in their power to avoid fixing it. 3 thousand miles out of warranty with a known issue that they replaced 6 months earlier. I tried reaching out to service management, the sales team and the sales team management... no one ever has any accountability. They have this second rate USED-CAR shop, so if you buy a preowned vehicle from Auto Nation Ford, they wont even talk to you at the actual service department you have to deal with this run down shop behind the actual dealer. Michael, the USED-CAR Service Manager screens calls and doesn't return calls. After having the car for several days and doing nothing to fix it, I tried to get ahold of this department over 8 separate times on a Friday, the manager... knowing if they ignored me on a Friday they wouldn't be open all weekend and could keep my truck without dealing with me. I expect games like this from service advisors but even the management at this place delays and deceives. 7 days without a loaner and nothing fixed, just games. They pass all liability and ownership onto the Manufacturer who also weasels out of fixing (Sad day for a Ford Guy). Buy elsewhere, absolutely get your Ford serviced anywhere else. For the record I own a 2020 Ford Expedition, a 2016 King Ranch ( I regret buying from them) and have previously owned a 2014 F150, a 2012 F150 and a 2014 Ford Expedition, a 2001 Ford F150, and 12 other Fords. I own a small business so I regularly cycle through Fords, wrong person to xxxx off.

The new tire was on the same spot that the flat was, also I knew which tires were missing valve caps. I called and was promised a refund. A week goes by and no refund. My concern was if the team missed a rotation yet signed off as complete, how do I know if they did the same thing for the alignment? Usually i get a compter print out of before and after... this time nothing. I asked the customer service associate to provide info making sure it was done since I was sold the service and paid 150 dollars. He said I would get an email later on with proof of the service... 2 weeks later.... Nothing. If I cant trust the techs or sales people that my money was well spent, and they cannot communicate with me, I wont go back. Hope this gets read well. People were nice but there should never be a doubt in my mind that my car was taken good care of.

I bought my daughter a used car. Apparently I did not spend enough money for the Sales Manager Justin Allen to pay any attention to my complaints. The AutoNation 50 Point inspection is only for safety and I was expecting too much he said. No where does it say that the inspection isn't really a thorough inspection. What it is is misleading. They changed the air filter because it was dirty. THAT would have been dangerous? Yet the loose ball joint was checked off as meeting standards and my mechanic said it was dangerous. The leaking C/V boot and the leaking strut met their standard without any disclosure. Their standard defines leaking as normal and no need to disclose something that is 'normal'. The oil leak was noted, as was the differential leak. They changed the oil and filter which did not fix the leak, but they didn't disclose that, leading me to think that it did. They replaced the differential seal and that did fix the problem, though they didn't specify that either. Because they do mention little things like the air filter being dirty, it leads one to think that of course they would tell you if there was a part leaking or on the verge of failure. Omission of these facts is the same as lying about them. I feel lied to and a little stupid for not seeing through their scam. They said I could return the car, but refused to repair anything because I bought it 'AS IS'. My opinion of 'AS IS' was based upon their inspection which was nothing but an omission of facts and a lie. I chose to keep the car and have it repaired because my daughter loves it. I will never do business with this dealership again. Especially not for the $50,000 Mustang sitting there!

Not too happy with service at this location. When you drive your car into the facility no one greets you. You stand and wait at the service desk hoping someone will help you. I know these are covid times but I miss a technician greeting you with a clipboard to check you in. Also after returning a loaner car with a full tank and receipt for gas refill, I was charged $2.80. I called about the charge and was told that someone would call me back. That didn't happen. I called back and talked to a technician and was sent to voicemail since the person in charge of loaner vehicles would not be in until Monday. I know this is a small charge but it is the principle of the matter. It was by chance that I checked my bank statement. Hoping this will get resolved.

My last two visits for service and warrenty work were at Auto Nation Ford on Broadway. I was frustrated with my previous Ford dealership because there was such bad communication and lack of consideration regarding the length of time it took to service my car. When I reached out to Jack at Auto Nation he was able to get my car in for service quickly. Every step of the way he kept myself and my husband informed and was the utmost professional. Jack understood that I must have my car for work, so when a part issue arose he was able to get me a loaner while the new part was shipped. I've been super satisfied with every single person I've had interaction with and would definitely recommend Auto Nation Ford and Jack Hubert.

I purchased my F250 Replacement from this dealer on 01/26/2021. During purchasing, the senoir sell representative Mr. Gil was very nice and very professional to guide me about my new vehicle. I added update, he gave me very important information about my components. I am very happy with his assistant and recommend other buyers to contact him if you want to buy your vehicle from this store. However, I also not happy with its finance department. When I received documents, the options paper shows them in main area but no option was shown in incompatible location. I didn't realize I should not accept them and made mistake. After back home, I saw this problem and went to this store tried to cancel my options next morning. When I met Ali in Finance department, he rejected my cancellation. In the afternoon, I saw that there were cancellation items in Agreements. I also saw this statement from AutoNation website which said buyer can cancel their any protection product in any time. I couldn't understand why Mr. Ali refused my cancellation just because this cancellation will affect his bonus? I contacted AutoNation Main Service in Florida. He registered my claim to linked to this store. I was told that this dealer would contact with 4-5 days to resolve my problem. For this experience, I advice buyers must be careful your contract and should not trust it's finance staffs. I also recommend AutoNation Littleton company that you should training your employees and do not let them make troubles for your company. This store has not only very nice sell representative but also very bad Finance staffs. Update 02/02/2021: I received call in last weekend from Financial staff for a cancellation appointment. When I went his office today, he cancelled four plans except Appearance Plan. He said that this plan was belonged to Sale Department. When I back home checked document and saw that it is one of Automation's Economy Option! I could not understand why AutoNation Littleton Ford rejected to cancel? I am waiting this store to give me a reasonable explains. Update 02/03/2021: I received a call from a finance guy of this store in this noontime. He said that he could not cancel this Appearance Protection plan because he didn't add it and didn't know who add it. I told me that I could contact anybody I want for it. It is real wild. Why did this store do that to the customer?

Big thanks to Autonation Ford for diagnosing and fixing an electrical issue on my 19 Expedition. I took this to another dealer (closer to home)and they didn?t know how to fix. Autonation is closer to my work but I?ve been working from home so it wasn?t my first pick. There?s a reason I will drive the extra distance to get my vehicle worked on in the futur. I received a notice from Ford that my back up camera on my 2020 F-150 had been recalled so I needed to take it to a dealership for repairs. I didn't buy my F-150 from AutoNation but it was the closest place to have the service done at the time. From my first phone call to the time I picked up my F-150 they were very friendly and helpful in every way. My truck was finished early and the work was done right and to my satisfaction.

I purchased a previously owned F-150 truck from AutoNation with the great help from Kevin Laurie. It was so easy!! I found the truck online, sent and email to AutoNation and within a few minutes Kevin Laurie sent me an email, left a phone message answering a few questions that I had. Kevin gave me a few options for times if I would like to see the truck. We met as scheduled. Kevin showed me the truck, pointed out some features and we took it for a drive. Kevin is very pleasant, easy going and informative. No pressure to purchase anything. I bought it. A couple of days later I noticed I didn't have access to the door code lock, needed a spare key and the air filter didn't have a cover. I sent and email to Kevin, he responded quickly with and appointment to bring it in. Took the truck in, within 15 minutes had the code, Kevin bought me a second key fob and gave me information about my truck air system. ( I didn't know the system was an open air system). Great service, kept appointments as promised, other people working there seemed to be very attentive and ready to help if I needed it. I would recommend AutoNation and especially calling Kevin Laurie.

Unfortunately, this place has slowly gone down hill over the past year. The past two times I have brought my wife's Escape to Autonation for basic service, they have not done what I've specifically asked for, and also have tried charging me for work not performed. The first time, which was approximately four months ago, I asked for a Full synthetic oil change as I always do. When I picked up the vehicle, I was charged for full synthetic oil until I asked for clarification on the service provided, and was told they did not use Full synthetic oil. Thankfully I was able to get the receipt and paperwork changed to reflect correct services, but had I not asked, I would have never found out. Most recently, I brought the vehicle in for another service, and asked for a skid plate to be reinstalled that had fallen off, an oil change, and tire rotation. After standing in the waiting area, asking several people for help, and watching people who came in after I did be greeted before I did, Mandy was the only person to offer help. Long story short, when I explained to her the services I needed done, she understood and called to notify me the work was finished in a very fast amount of time. When I came to pick the vehicle up, I double checked the work performed, and of course it was another disaster. The skid plate was not reinstalled correctly, and grease was smeared all over the outside and inside of the driver door and seat. Not just a little bit either, big chunks of grease. The management team needs to have some retraining with employees because with this happening several times and the total disregard for customer vehicles, I guarantee this has happened to more people than just me. I know it has been a rough past year for many people, but this is a bit ridiculous. If these people don't want to do their jobs, there are many others out there looking for employment who might do a better job.

I took my brand new car in to have a minor problem with an armrest corrected (it was), and to have a MAJOR problem with the hybrid powertrain module investigated and corrected. Briefly, the powertrain module disabled the gasoline engine without warning while the car was on the road. Mandy took down all of the information that I was able to provide, and over a period of several days, efforts were made to find the cause of the problem so that it could be corrected. Unfortunately, no cause was found and despite 3 test drives, the problem did not recur and it remains unresolved. An intermittent problem that produces no codes or other evidence of a possible cause is a huge problem for both the dealership and the vehicle owner, especially when the problem creates a major safety issue. This was the situation here, and it was disappointing that no cause was found. However, I felt that the problem was taken seriously and everyone really tried to find out what had gone wrong. I will not hesitate to take the car back to this dealership for service and repair in the future.

I've routinely had my Ford Edge serviced at AutoNation. It started with a purchase of a warranty service program I purchased with the vehicle. Each time I arrive at AutoNation for my scheduled appointment my vehicle is checked in immediately and I usually wait in their customer service waiting area. The waiting area has comfortable chairs, TV, and great coffee machines. My vehicle is always given a comprehensive safety check and I'm out the door. Easy, great service.

I stopped in at the service department to have my brakes checked when they suddenly felt like they weren't working. They were able to accommodate me on short notice, and the technician diagnosed the problem quickly. They originally quoted me for repairs that were out of my price range, and they were able to give a good risk-benefit breakdown for each item on the list. I ended up only replacing the brake pads, and they saved me $80 on the original quote. Overall, very satisfied and grateful!

The battery in my daughter's Explorer hit the end and without an appointment, we drove into the service garage to see if the old battery was still under warranty. The car kept dying. Went in they replaced the battery, and it continued to die and other issues arose. Went back in and fixed more issues. Car hasn?t died yet but something else is wrong now. The loaner vehicle second go round was very helpful. I wish the service rep was more attentive and would reach out more frequently for progress updates. Wish they would have went over the corrections at check out at the vehicle so we would have found the new issue before I left.

I had a issue of hearing a clunk when the breaking came to a halt - they said couldn't find anything even went on a test drive (which I doubt). Took my vehicle to my local mechanic, found the issue immediately, remedied it, told that if left unaddressed it would have been dangerous. this is the 2nd disappointing episode I have had at Autonation, the 1st one took them over 6 weeks and multiple visits to remedy - I certainly would never recommend this service center - additionally I had to wait 5 days for an appointment.

Brought in truck because it was having electrical issues and gauge issues. Was told it was because of the front bumper damage from a deer that went underneath. I have 2 other mechanics look at it and state it?s not from that. There?s a short in the vehicle and it should be covered under warranty!! A whole week they had it. My 2013 Explorer was having steering and handling problems. I brought the vehicle to AutoNation Ford in Littleton and described the problems to Kevin Skelton a service advisor. The problems were diagnosed and described to me in a clear manner by Kevin . He outlined what maintenance and repair needed to be performed and the associated costs. I had questions which Kevin answered to my satisfaction - even going out into the shop to clarify an answer with the involved technicians. Appointments were made to perform the repair and completed as promised with Kevin keeping me informed. Premature tire wear noted by the technician necessitated replacement of all four tires. Kevin contacted the tire manufacturer and arranged for new tires under the tire warranty saving me several hundred dollars . Kevin took the time to make me a satisfied customer.

I brought my car in for my first oil change. I had scheduled an appointment and was told, initially, it could be an hour and a half. I got a call thirty minutes later it was done. I had asked for service to reset my information system to avoid messages and to troubleshoot the indexing issue I have been having with the USB since I purchased the vehicle in March, 2020, and was told that I would have to leave my vehicle for a day at another time. (this should have been reset at the time of purchase! ). I was told that my tires had been rotated (and how was I to know if they had!) and noticed that my low tire indicator was still on (putting air in the tires wasn't a part of the rotation! ). I also noticed they didn't reset on the oil change!

My 2018 escape was leaking oil - 2 days before a planned road trip. Immediately called Littelton Ford that evening to see if they could get me in without an appoitment. They had me drop it off the next morning so that they could look at it. I brought it in first thing and they were able to find time to review my issue - they took care of my problem and I got my car back the same day - outstanding service - appreciate all that they did in difficult times. They didnt have to get me in but they found a way. Highly recommend.

Good job on the oil change but trying to charge me $900 plus more $ a new battery for a new wiring harness/terminal is a joke. And then you wouldn't call me back to discuss after I left 2 VM. I spent $6 on a bottle of coke and some white lightening grease and the battery terminal is now like brand new. $900-- you should be ashamed of yourselves for trying to sell un-needed services. Had battery tested at interstate battery and it is perfect. Will never return even though we bought the vehicle from them.

Another case of telling you what you want to hear. I purchased a $50k+ used truck. $50k is a good chunk of change for a used vehicle. I wanted my non-company truck purchase to be a certified pre-owned for this reason. Excited about the truck I saw at autonation littleton. I test drove the truck. The truck felt really strong but there were a few items of concern. I get it “used truck” but these items seemed like a non-issue for a Certified Pre-Owned vehicle from a dealership. Tires, Detail,172-point inspection and Check Engine light, “Yes we’ll get that taken care of”. 10 days later no word, I had to contact them. How is the truck coming? “Should be ready in 3 days”. Picked it up 3 days later. New tire, brakes and Oil change, awesome! but, Bumper stickers are still on it, only one key, washed with an extra coat of armour all (not a detail) and the engine light comes on within 2 hours of driving off. Brought it to my mechanic the next day to give it my own “172-point inspection” and check engine codes. Found an oil leak, old fuel filter (regular maintenance) and the check engine codes. I took it back, “We’ll get that taken care of” two days later I get a call “What needs to be done with the truck”. 5 days laters “we have 3 of 4 done, engine codes are not available, pick today or tomorrow”. It’s tomorrow night, No call. 21 days, 6 mails, 7 phone calls, 20+ texts and I’m still waiting for my truck. Now, I just want my money and trade-in back. Autonation's 5-day or 250 mile "Money-Back Guarantee". This has not been a pleasant experience and my confidence in autonation is tarnished.

I purchased a Ford Focus 2016, in a few months i had to have a new clutch put in. Law suit was settled this year but luckily I got rid of it and bought from Toyota. it's almost 4 months and they owe me money from my extended warranty that I did not use. Funny how I had to go to someone in another department in another state to get my refund processed. as of a month ago last status I got was it's in process. Funny how now I can't get anyone to give me information. well off to the better business bureau I go. Dont buy from these people they are horrible to deal with.

I bought a ford for its reliability but I am now stressed everyday i drive my car that me and my daughter will become stranded. I bought a 2015 focus with 55,000 miles. It started shifting rough in Oct I brought it in to discover ford knowingly put a shotty transmission clutch in them that damaged the transmission over time. They replaced the clutch and 6 months later it started having the same issue I brought it back in and now my whole transmission needs replaced and I am over my warranty by 1,000 miles. They bandaid my car in Oct so it would get me over my warranty so that they wouldn't have to replace it themselves! Them after they told me it needed replaced they said no actually just needs a seal and new clutch again so I paid $300 to have that done and not even a month later it is shuttering again and I have been told they don't have a tech to even work on it. I'm so frustrated I'm being taken advantage of. Stay clear of this dealership.

I have learned about few staff is not good job who hung up on me few time for no reason related light turn flash issue problem as well and struggled reach them what they said everything for sure or cover up on me.... waste my time since I bought it that paid them BS and play game! Plus financial dept to fill signed etc and he tried push on me to do add cost related warrenty for breakdown etc I said NO NO.... I feel not right what he was doing it to me. I am not happy at all I never see like this kind of terrible job what staff was doing. Sorry I have to says this which give one star as well. I NEVER buy at your location in the future.

Called and asked for a VERY SPECIFIC stock number. Salesman on the phone confirmed the truck was on the lot and ready. Showed up an hour later and the car had "sold". Was immediately offered a different truck in a different color at a HIGHER price. Manager, Justin, "attempted" at getting a number close to the car we came to orginally buy. Even had the GM on the phone supposedly.... Thousands over still. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS DEALERSHIP. Legitimately would buy from any other dealership and plan on it... If you respond Social Media monitor as you have to below posts, I'd love for the GM to call us to discuss our experience.... but wait, you don't respond to any other comment that follows your copy & paste response.

we bought a 2019 expedition that had certified pre owned and had ro take it back because the front struts were bad and the rear brakes were bad. You chose to replace the struts but not the brakes. I had to have rear brakes and rotors replaced by some one else. I will never buy another car from you and will never use you for service on this one

My son and I went to this dealership to purchase a vehicle for him to be his daily driver. He was very excited to purchase a used Explorer we had test driven at AutoNation Ford in Littleton. His excitement changed to frustrated and angry soon after we got the vehicle home. About 4 days following our purchase we noticed an oil spot on the driveway. We found that this was because the oil was overfilled. Once the oil level was correct the leak stopped. About a week after we purchased the vehicle it started to leak transmission fluid on the driveway. We got it in to be looked at by a shop near our home. They could not tell us specifically where the leak was coming from unless they pulled the transmission. They did say the leak is very significant. When they were looking at it they told us it appears the vehicle had fallen off a rack recently. Some ac lines were crushed and the exhaust was pushed up against the transmission. They also found a bolt from the transmission just laying on some of the wiring in the area. The fluids were clean indicating they were replaced prior to our purchase of the car. We did not have the car repaired and parked it for now to figure out what to do next and not create damage to the transmission. When we purchased the vehicle we were pressured to purchase a warranty. The original price offered on the warranty was fairly significant. During our discussion the dealer came down multiple times to nearly one half the originally quoted amount. Still we could not purchase this warranty as we were at the max of our budget. Starting so high and then coming down to something nearly half of what was originally offered felt really uncomfortable. When we left the dealer we were very uneasy. The high pressure made us feel as though there may be an issue with the vehicle which was not disclosed and which they were aware of. I made numerous attempts that same day to reach out to the dealer to discuss the purchase. I was unable to get through after trying for about 4 hours. That all took place on a Saturday and the following Monday I was able to get ahold of the dealership. They said they would not honor the lowest price they quoted for the warranty on the day of purchase. It was about two days after that when we started having the oil leak issue and then another couple days after that the transmission started leaking. Our salesman reached out about a month later by email to see if we had anyone who needed a vehicle that we could refer to them. I outlined all the information I note above and that we are not happy and very frustrated as we are still trying to figure out how to fix the vehicle. I waited for a week and have not received any response of any kind. I am unhappy with AutoNation and will not refer anyone to them. The customer service is poor and I felt they were unethical in this whole purchase procedure. I wanted to go to a dealer I thought was reputable and would get my son a reliable car and an overall positive experience. It turns out to be just the opposite and we cannot drive the vehicle. Not a positive experience in any manner.

So I purchased a new Ford 150 Laredo. I must say I really love the truck. It is not only exactly what I wanted but it is really a nice truck. I had looked at a number of trucks and selected this model because of its many features especially towing capability. I looked at trucks on Sundays when the dealerships were closed and when I went to the dealership I had several to test drive. The salesperson let me drive whatever I wanted for as long as I wished so I did, spent an entire day driving trucks. How fun is that. Only hiccup was I was a cash buyer and could have used a bit more information on their policies regarding payment, but it worked out. Also, they were pretty good at wearing masks and social distancing so I felt comfortable at the dealership itself. Did I say I really like the truck?

I was dropping my truck at the service department for the dreaded experience of auto repair. The service adviser was checking the truck in and listening to my discription of the problems. the fan motor inside was growling like it was ready to explode. At that moment a mechanic walked by and stopped to listen to the truck. His name is Forrest Owen. Forrest seemed to take a personal interest in what was going on and gave his opinion of what he thought was the cause. I went on to describe the long term problem that I have had with the truck overheating while towing a trailer. After inspecting the radiator and cooling system, Forrest said he would be the mechanic working on the truck and that he would get started to it the next morning (RIGHT? I SAID SARCASTICALLY TO MY SELF). I was completely surprised when Forrest called me the next morning with his findings and his plan of how he was proceeding. I won't go into the detail of what happened from that point on except to say that I have never had the outstanding communication, advice, professionalism and service that Forrest provided to me. I was shocked that the mechanic would take the time to keep me informed instead of the Service Advisor who never calls you back like they say they will. Forrest told me when the parts would be in and when the truck would be ready, and it was. He called me again and asked me to call him after I tried towing again to let him know if the repairs solved the problem. I AM SO IMPRESSED WITH FORREST. I have never been so pleased with a service experience. It is so refreshing to know that someone cares and is willing to do the extra to help others. Thank You Forrest!

The services provided were fine. The process of making the appointment was very frustrating. The dealer seems to have one system for staff that made appointments and other that the service consultants use to schedule individual clients for service. Consequently, I ended up making several appointments because the routine service appointment staff could not see that the service advisors had made appointments for me in their system. I frequently did not receive email confirmations or confirmations for a different date than the service consultant told me. The dealership needs to change their system for making appointments so everyone on their staff can see all appointments that have been scheduled by all staff.

Car went in for a leaky exhaust pipe. The Chicago repair- parts plant closed to make ventilators for our beautiful nation. While waiting out the COVID virus in the nation, FORD and its employees bent over backwards to help me keep my business going. I am a traveling healthcare worker and needed a better car for gas mileage during the pandemic stay at home orders. First, the social distancing was on point when buying the car. Horrible experience. Even after pointing out the TSB (technical service bulletin) from Ford detailing what needs to be done exactly & specifically for what my car needed on warranty work for a car that will not run at all, they wouldn't do it. Service Advisor looked at the Technician who refused to work on the car, standing right next to him, and the Tech just kept shrugging his shoulders at me when I asked him about the TSB & why he didn't do it.

I took my 2014 F150 here with a crank no start. After 2 days they sent me home with a new fuel pump and advised it was bad gas and to come back after the tank ran out so they could do more work and charge me some more. Next morning same thing. Talked to the service department who said they would call me back and nothing. I guess I'll just find a new dealership. My advice don't take your vehicle here

Working with insurance companies can be a slow process, I understand. My experience did take an extensive amount of time that was not expected by myself or the shop as the result. Regardless, I was hoping to be kept up to date on progress as I was in a rental vehicle for a limited time through my insurance carrier. That wasn't the case. Thankfully, AutoNation did pick up the extra days rental agreement contract $ amount. Fortunately the repairs were done to my satisfaction to this date. I did notice a hint of cigarette smell when I first started my vehicle. The smell did linger until the next day... that's when I found a partially light Marlboro in my cup console. I doubt that anyone ACTUALLY smoked in my vehicle, but thought perhaps there were heavy smokers that carried the smell into my vehicle from their smoke-permeated clothing. I mentioned the found cigarette to a manager who seemed legitimately shocked by my comment. He promised to call me back later to discuss any reparations should the smell resume. The smell did dissipate, however never heard back from anyone at AutoNation. Again, my reason for a lower score is no communications on followups.

I snapped a picture of the work order that included replacing a transfer case ($1,259.99), (that I specifically told the service manager I didn't want done) $517.95 to replace 2 stripped lug nuts, (!!!) and two charges for $149.95 for a "grinding noise", that, as I told them, was a bent splash guard on the back side of the right front brake. The total of the order: $3,357.01. On a 2013 vehicle. I immediately took the vehicle to another shop. The shop I took it to noted nothing with the differential, replaced the lug nuts for $20 apiece, and the left front ball joint was bad, so replaced the lower control arm assembly, and did an oil change, bent the splash guard for free, the total, $614.... Find a different shop, I did....

Bought a 2019 Ford Expedition Max with just over 2168 miles on. There were some scratches on the car but I was fooled that they were going to buff it and all scratches will totally be off. The doors were all not aligned and was told they will be fixed. Took the car home and later called the rep (Shannon) to have the time booked for the stuff to be fixed. She ignored my calls and text messages on several occasions. Had my wife sent the car to them to fix without an appointment since they wouldn?t have me scheduled. The buff was poorly done.. Scratches are still so visible and some of them were not even done at all. One door was aligned and the rest were not done. Spent a huge sum of money purchasing this car and currently not happy with it. Don?t be fooled by the rep?s sweet words. Be careful when dealing with them.

The customer services I received left a lot to be desired. My daughter and I showed up to drop off the car. Inside the Service area there were roughly 9 employees standing around. Not a single one greeted us. So I walked up to the closest one and asked if this is where I would check in for service. The response I received was "You will need to wait". Ok. A couple minutes later the service guy asked in a rather "you are bothering me tone" "Do you have an appointment? I responded with yes and gave the man my last name. He still said nothing to me. Walked outside and began taking pictures of my car. He came back in moments later and said "I need your keys" I have him my keys and he returned to my car. Around that time my step father walked in (he was our ride home) I told him how oh so happy this guy was and couldn't wait for them to meet. Another service guy heard me talking, knowing I wasn't happy, offered my daughter some chocolate. When the service guy came back in my step father and I both went to his area. It was as if this man was a completely different person. The service guy became very jovial and of course was only talking to my step father. I did not and do no appreciate this and in 2020 I would think we would be passed this nonsense. I also had issues with this service guy getting back to me on the status of my car. He told me he would call then never did. I had to call them every single day just to see where everything was. My car ended up being in their shop for 4 days. Needless to say, I will not be taking my business back to this location.

Great car buying experience! We came in today looking for a car for my 18 year old sister in law. The sales person, Patrick Vetrano was very patient with us with getting together all of the documentation to buy the car and never once pressured us. He even test drove the vehicle with us TWICE to make sure it was what she wanted. He was genuinely interested in getting her into something that she felt comfortable driving and was not interested in just making a quick sale. He took his afternoon to help us and walked us through all of the financing package options. He also tried to make the process as fast as possible, sending the car to be detailed while we were working through paperwork and personally walking our paperwork back (roughly 100 times) and forth to and from finance department. The dealership is clean and welcoming - someone greeted us immediately (both times) and directed us and made sure we were taken care off. Also, our finance manger, Betty Chen was amazing in walking us through the buying process and through all of the warranty options. She worked really hard to get us the best price and interest rate! Great experience, would highly recommended!

The auto took a little longer to repair than estimated because another item was found during repair. I had a choice to repair later or repair it now and take a service completion delay. Bought a commercial vehicle last week from these guys, and had a great experience. We called the night before to get some information, and Kyle, our sales rep, was immediately helpful and forthcoming with information. He stayed late just in case we were able to come down and take a look. We ended up coming in the following day to purchase the (new) van. We found a dent and scratch during the walk around, which they immediately took to their body shop, got an estimate, and offered to either fix it to new condition or discount the van for the cost of repair. They did not try and pull the "Oh, well it's a work vehicle and bound to get beat up; does it really matter?" or give us a song and dance about why they have limited options to fix it. They do the minimum. They will not communicate, and if you try and call them, staff will not answer. The front desk will answer and send you to services voicemail. Took 3 days of non stop calling to reach anyone, I finally had to show up in person only to be told “sorry we are just really busy”. There wasn’t a customer in sight. They will tell you your wrong and not apologize when it turns out you were right. They will drag your repairs on as long as possible. When you get your car back it won’t be clean, no wash on the outside, and grease and finger prints EVERYWHERE. On the inside. I am going to have to get it professionally cleaned just to remove all the oil and grease stains. Overall the customer experience is HORRIBLE. Please do NOT take your car here. EVER.

What many auto dealers do not understand is that very satisfactory servicing of the customers vehicle is, in my opinion, the first step in subsequent purchases. If my vehicle is properly serviced, then the only thing remaining when I want to purchase another vehicle are the options and the price. At AutoNation on Broadway in Denver, I received the service that I was looking for. I feel that it's the customers responsibility to help the service advisor understand the problem, or be able to reproduce the problem for the service advisor. I would not recommend purchasing any vehicle from any Ford dealership. To begin, I bought my 2013 Ford Focus from the Ford dealership from the location off of Wadsworth. Without my knowledge, it had serous clutch, gas, and transmission issues that came to my attention 2 weeks after purchasing it. Then, I was responsible for the payment to fix all of that. I go to the Littleton location and they now tell me that I have to pay upwards of $1600 for the fix. I would not recommend this dealership, nor any Ford dealership as all they do is rip you off, sell you cars with an immense amount of issues without telling the buyer that, and the fail to fix it for free or be willing to help. If I could sell back my car, I would in a heartbeat.

I came in for what I thought was going to be minor service. The Check Tire Mobility Kit warning was on and my regular mechanic couldn't reset it. I also wanted the front plastic air deflector under the front bumper reattached. I was tolled that the kit would need to be replaced for around $500 (as it has content that expires). The work to reattach the wind deflector and the passenger side under shield that was largely missing would be about $1000 and I should probably see an non-dealer Body repair facility as they could do it cheaper. Subsequently, I had the warning reset against the advise of the service rep. If I have a flat a new tire would be about $120 and a tow by AAA would be $50 to $75. To replace the mobility kit after use would be twice the total cost. Ford blew it on this one. So I didn't have the use of my car for a day and none of the work was done. I am not a happy camper.

had oil and filter done. asked them to check pressure in spare tire. it was confirmed that it was done but pressure was only 18 (supposed to be 60). had to drive back to dealership to get that done correctly. they did not fix my key fab(malfunction rear hatch remote opener at appt (even though they told me they fixed it). now I have to go back to dealership with appointment on nov 20th to try to get it fixed again

After a long day searching for a car and starting out very early one Saturday morning, the Auto Nation Littleton location were ours heroes for sure! We went to so many places that didn't want to play ball or the car was gone when we got there. We were tired and hungry, and we were literally ready to go home but we found a Ford Edge Sport at Auto Nation Littleton so we called them and they held the car until we got there which was great as it was 6:30 at night. Ben Duran was just wonderful to deal with and very funny! He knew we were tired and he made the process so effortless as many of us know its not but he made it feel as if it was. He got the process going quickly as we had a long trip back to Colorado Springs that night. Ali Kaeni in finance was also great and made the process go quickly as well and we were out of there in no time with our new vehicle. Horrible Service! They scheduled an appointment with me to fix an oil leak on my car, I took it in on Wednesday and by Monday of the following week I still had not heard what was going on with my car or when it would be ready, so i went in to see what was going on they told me that my car had not even been looked at yet and that they would not be able to do anything for 2 weeks! NOT acceptable! Why would you make an appointment with anybody if you are too booked already to do the job and then for you to not tell me that when i went in to drop it off! They had my car for almost a week for nothing and im struggling to get where i need to go! I will never use this dealers services ever again nor will i ever recommend them to anybody! Ridiculous!

The battery failed on my 2013 Escape and I needed a vehicle the following morning for an important appointment. I was able to get the Escape to Auto Nation later in the afternoon and they checked me in immediately. Although they could not replace the battery that day, Auto Nation provided a courtesy vehicle so I would have transportation the following morning. My escape was available for pickup the next day after the battery failed. Fast turnaround and good service.

I have my brakes replaced and rotors replaced on my 2013 Ford 2 months ago and they've been squealing ever since I returned the truck to the dealership they blew the brakes off with the hair and said they were repaired I returned the truck to the dealership again because they were still squealing and they replace the rear pads with AutoNation brand product which was on there initially non Ford products the brakes still squealing therefore I went to another Ford dealership purchased genuine Motorcraft brake pads replace them myself and now they don't squeal I feel it AutoNation is more interested in their bottom line then in customer service beware of this dealership

Brought my car in to have the airbag replaced as required by a recall notice. When it was returned to me, the radio didn't work properly, so I brought the car back. Another day, another round of car shuttle, and the radio still does not work properly. I'm guessing they may be reluctant to fix the problem because they had told me that the entire dash needed to be removed to replace the airbag, and I'm guessing the entire dash may need to be removed to fix the radio. This may be a shortcoming of Ford design, but it shouldn't be my problem.

Dropped car off for 2 recalls. Had appt at 7:30 am. Told it would be done at 3:00. Waited for courtesy shuttle for ride home for 1.5 hours. It never showed up. Took an Uber home. I never got a call so at 3:00 I called and had to leave a message. At 4:00 I was told my car hadn’t even been looked at and they would do it tomorrow. I asked for a loaner vehicle and they told me they didn’t have any cars ( let that sink in). I need a car to get to work so employee offered to drive me to Enterprise. I bought my car here and the service has been so bad that I will never buy another Ford.

Dan McNamee was very helpful in facilitating the trade-in of my Ford Escape lease, which had maxed out its miles a year early, in exchange for a demo Ford Focus that was available at a reasonable price. He worked with me on payments to get the monthly number down to a comparable amount to what I had been paying on the Escape. Kelly was also helpful in setting up the transaction and asking the right questions. However, I was very disappointed in the finance department - which explains the ding in rating down to 3-stars, for two reasons. Justin Allen gave me his word that a check I had written for a down payment would NOT hit my account until the following day - only to have it withdrawn that very day, resulting in an overdraft fee. This is after we had explicitly discussed the matter in great detail. He also tried to upsell me on a bunch of other "protections" that would have raised my monthly payments by more than 35%. I didn't appreciate that one bit, and it felt like Jerry Lundegaard trying to peddle 'clear coat' in Fargo. I would stop short of a rubber stamp recommendation for this dealership as a result. Go in with eyes wide open and stand your ground. I don't like doing business with places (especially car dealerships) that try to squeeze every last nickel and dime out of you as a consumer.

brought my truck in for a 15000 mile service guy deceive me by telling me my window wipers were also bad off on the truck is only two years old and I barely use them. kept wanting to add High expensive services that were not needed. I told him I would wait for the vehicle which was only supposed to take an hour he comes to the waiting room after an hour to tell me they just brought the truck back. This was very upsetting as I would have got a ride home if I knew I was going to be waiting two and a half hours. I asked for the use blades to be given back to me they were not I still not sure if they actually put on new blades but they charge me for them. I also had many free oil changes for my initial purchase of the vehicle from the other Ford location in Denver and they refused to acknowledge these since it wasn't bought at Littleton Ford

Not good. Salesman, (N. Price) made promises he couldn't keep. (Lack of knowledge, tell me whatever he thought was necessary to get me out the door with the new vehicle. He quoted an unrealistically low price to remove 5th wheel hitch from trade-in to new vehicle) . Also, when asked about "break-in" period for vehicle he stated none was necessary. I told him I wanted to tow my travel trailer to Nebraska as soon as I could get the 5th wheel hitch installed. Ford's tech manual says 1000 miles of "break in" was necessary for my F-250 before towing anything heavy. Would I have damaged the vehicle by towing without the break-in period? Luckily I discovered the error before damaging the truck.) Service department instead of telling me the info was incorrect lied and misrepresented their position, instead doing their best to send me out the door to an outside hitch vendor because they were too embarrassed and insufficiently skilled in communication to deal with the incorrect information. Additionally, they held the 5th wheel hitch on the trade-in for two days which essentially left me no time to get the hitch installed elsewhere. This caused me to cancel a trip I had planned. (which was probably a good thing since I might have damaged the truck) I hope I like the Ford truck (My third one) eventually because the buying experience was not a happy one. It left me feeling "dirty" as well as angry. Every time I see an Auto Nation commercial on TV I curse uncontrollably.

Took me around 5 minutes just to get connected to parts. Kept getting transferred in a circle. Service person wasn't familiar with pricing for my particular need - replacement of a taillight assembly. Parts guy wasn't up to date on shipping for the part I needed; said it would be in on Wednesday morning and I went in and then he said it was overnighted only if it was an emergency. So I had to wait until after 3pm to get it. Tied up my day. So, training and an updated phone system would help.

Disrespectful. Horrible workmanship. Itook my Focus ST in to get a recall notice checked and fixed. They kept my car for a day and a half. As soon as my car pulled up I noticed my front plate had been somehow damaged and was literally hanging half off. As I drove it home I noticed there was an intense and loud screeching sound as I rolled the passenger side window down!! And on top of that, now there is an ongoing ‘squealing’ sound coming from the a/c unit which gets much louder as you turn the fan up. I thought it was so weird these issues came up all of a sudden because all Ford did was fix 1 of 2 of the recalls which was repairing a latch on the hatch. I called Autonation Ford, spoke to a couple people, including one of the heads in service department which I believe was Mike, who was extremely rude and disrespectful. Mike didn’t even allow me to finish speaking before cutting me off multiple times as I was trying to explain my concerns. Instead of offering to take a look at my car again for the damages they caused, he told me none of those issues correlate with what they looked at. Which I agree, they don’t, BUT THAT IS THE ISSUE. And I understand people calling and trying to get repairs on issues they already had on their cars which is why they must have to be cautious about that. But when I was asked if my vehicle had any other damages or things that needed repaired at Autonation Ford I told them no because that was the case. And once I picked it up they didn’t notify me of any other repairs that needed to be done after they looked at it. I also called them to notify them of these new issues just a couple days after I noticed everything. It’s just a shame that they’re not willing to stand by their work along with their mistakes and take care of their customers the best way.

I have had some negative experiences bringing my car here. I have felt I have been misinformed/neglected when it comes to previous services. although I just took my car in for routine maintenance earlier this week and was very satisfied with my visit.( minus the estimated cost for my front brakes) Danny was my service provider this time around. they reattached my license plate, front bumper for free! along with resetting my oil light! (which on a previous visit I was told they could not do) highly satisfied with my last visit good job team!!

We dropped our Jeep off because of a part recall. The staff there are so friendly and nice! They gave us a ride home, then finished the job in record time! After we picked up our Jeep we were surprised to see they'd vacuumed, cleaned the windows inside and out - and dusted the dash. Expectations. The service, which was a recall for airbag defects, was promised to take less than one day, and instead took two. When asked why the service was taking twice as long as promised, I got conflicting stories. And I had to call the dealership to confirm the service was complete instead of the service lead calling me. The positive? They provided a free shuttle service, and the driver was very friendly. Ford: it was your defect that left me without a car for two days, I recommend you provide a simple car wash before your return the vehicle, like other brands do.

Do not go to this dealership. I dropped my truck off on a Monday afternoon with an appointment to have a recall taken care of and a minor warranty item looked at. By the end of business the following day the vehicle hadn't even been looked at. When I questioned the service rep I was told it can take 1-3 days before a tech can look at the truck. Nobody mentioned this at the time the appt. was made nor when I dropped the vehicle off. At the end of day I picked up the truck and made an appt. with another Ford dealer. I've purchased 4 vehicles from this dealership over the years and been there several times for service prior. It's obvious from my experience as well as other reviews I've seen that my experience this time was not unique. I will not be spending any more of my money with Auto Nation.

Dropped my car off Wednesday evening around 7 pm, used the key drop box as instructed. Appt was 7:15 am Thursday. Someone called Thursday afternoon saying they were not able to look at the car yet could l leave it for them to look at Friday. I agreed. Friday I never heard back from them even though I left a message on the service technician phone. I finally called main line only to find out no one looked at my car yet. The service technician was out sick. However no one apparently is assigned to check voice mail of technician s who are out ill. My complaint is someone should be designated to follow up with customers when these situations occur.

I had a very bad experience at this location when I took my vehicle in to have it looked at. The main reason I took the car in was that the turn signal was not working. The car was also touchy to start so I asked them to look at that as well. I dropped the car on a Monday and told them I would need it back by Friday or Saturday at the latest. On Friday, the service rep called and left me a message and I tried numerous times to return her call. I finally got a hold of her 5 minutes before closing and she explained some parts needed to be ordered in order to fix the car. Needless to say, I told her I needed my car back, and I would pick it up Saturday morning without the repairs. When I showed up Saturday morning, I learned (after sitting there for over an hour) that my car was no longer running. No one mentioned this to me in the course of the week. In the process of looking at the car, they had completely destroyed the starter. I was forced to leave my car here while they “fixed” it - but they were unable to fix the turn signal. So after my car being in the shop for 9 days, the reason I had taken the car to AutoNation in the first place was not fixed and I now had a bill from AutoNation to fix the starter. I am not saying the car was healthy when I took it in, but we had never had problems getting it started - it was just a little touchy. I will never, ever take a car to AutoNation again!
